Heroes were amazing, and literaly the best potato salad I have had , since 1999. The year I moved. Thinly sliced and just delicious. My wife and I stopped in on our way to McCarther Airport. We were greeted by 2 very nice counter workers. We both ordered different roast beef subs. And potatoe salad with bacon. My sandwich was the munchie. A staple at Bagelicious. Plenty of meat on both . We ate half our sandwiches at the outside table, and finished the other half at the airport. If we move back to Long Island, I would get a sandwich , every weekend.

This happened twice. I live local. Today I called and they don't have simple everyday deli food items like roast beef. I used to order catering here under the old ownership for my business monthly and it was top notch and perfect each and every-time. This new management has me never wanting to come back. 3 of 3 is a no for me. Its disappointing that they cant just get it together. I will never order here again especially not having regular items is simply unacceptable, go out and buy some. Send someone, thats how this works, and between the young staff and lack of service ill never return. It needs to be mentioned. I really tried to like them. Its a big fat no.

This isn't ok. I Thankfully went 1.2mi and was happy.

Can only imagine how it was back in the smoking days. Good selection of beer and liquor. As for wine, I saw Corbett Canyon swill being poured. At least it was from a magnum bottle and not a box. Probably the same product. So "avoid wine and you'll do just fine" if you're in the area and want a drink here. Can't comment on the food. It's cool to see how booze can help bring people together (and not just destroy). For example, an older gentleman came in and the bartender (believe his name was Jay) remembered his usual order of Heineken light and a whisky shot and had it ready quick while enjoying a shot with the patron. Perhaps we've found the fountain of youth after all.

The menu, pricing, and logistics were all agreed upon, and we were relying on them for a major part of the event. Very last minute--close enough to the wedding that it left us scrambling--they backed out without a real solution or adequate support to help us replace the service. For an event of this size and importance, that level of unreliability is unacceptable. There was no sense of accountability or urgency in helping us fix the situation they created. It put a lot of unnecessary stress on what should have been a special day. I would not recommend them for any event where dependability actually matters.
