I went last night with a friend to check out their late night menu. Our waitress Denise was fantastic and an absolute sweetheart. She was attentive and made sure everything came out in a timely manner. The food is just as I remember it as a kid. Definitely will be back soon. read more

I drove out of my way to go to this Friendly's because of the size and having a toddler with me. It was a party of 4 (3 adults and a baby). As soon as we enter we're greeted by the least friendly, attitude having hostess I've ever encountered. I brought my mother out with us which is the only reason I didn't just walk back out. My wife tells her "3 adults and a high chair for the baby". The woman says nothing and walks up to the table. I'm standing with the baby IN MY ARMS as the hostess and multiple employees walk past like I'm nothing. No high chair. After a while I took the baby and went to find their high chairs myself. At this point I really just wanted the food to come so we could go. The waitress was as attentive as a plastic spoon. Growing up I always was told Friendly's is the place to go with children and literally anywhere else was better. This was so bad that unless I'm picking up ice cream to drive it back home to my family there's nothing that would ever get me to go there to eat ever again. It was a horrible experience. Definitely do not recommend to a soul. read more

What happened to friendlys? This place is gross! They service is sub par and the food? Omg I waited an hour for them to get my honey bbq burger together twice. 1st it came without any toppings. Very disappointed in my meal tonight. I ordered the beef tips and mash dinner and fried raviolis. Food was cold and beef tips over seasoned with pepper. Their idea to fix the meal was to microwave the same plate. My husband and I had been going because food was good, hot and freshly made. When questioned the Manager we were told it was a new chef who was inexperienced. We were also told the chef forgot to order lettuce for salads. They did the right thing and comped the meal but made no apologies. read more

Throw back to childhood! Now I'm taking grandma here, reversal of roles. :) Food is good, prices are good, and service is always friendly (like the name). I take grams once every 2 weeks, on different days between noon and 5pm and we never have to wait long to be seated, they let us pick the booth, and all the servers are so kind. The other customers range from young families to older couples. The decor is also a throwback but is clean. Tip: don't sit in the booth behind the claw machine as when it's going, it'll rattle the bench. read more

Friendly's is a place known for ice cream. The food was nothing special, and the place had a couple of people in it at 9:00pm on a Wednesday.The service was not the fastest but the workers seemed happy, paid well, and overall enjoy there job, something that means a lot to me.The place seems clean and pretty quit but still having some good background music music. I have been going to friendlys since I was a kid. Every summer for fribbl les and every winter after ices skating on the local lakes for hot chocolate. Fishamajig sandwich and clam chowder. My go to. Everything is just as delicious now as it was then! And that was 40 something years ago! read more

Listen. I love Friendly's. It brings back fond childhood memories of easier times and the development of my everlasting sweet tooth. HOWEVER, I was extremely disappointed with the service. I waited 12 minutes before being acknowledged although several employees were more than capable of seeing me through the large, clear window. Mind you, I just wanted some ice cream to go. Long story short, order ahead to save 4 minutes of your time. I say 4 minutes because those who ordered ahead STILL had a long wait. read more

The Server Kevin is the best Kevin in town. he truly never lets us down every time we get cream. kevin's cream is the creamiest cream i've had my whole life. The person who took my plate asked if I wanted what was left of my lobster roll. I said yes. When I got home the container only included my sweet potato fries which was a bummer. Despite the miscommunication about my leftovers the experience was still a good one and I'll continue to frequent this restaurant as my family has gone here for many years.

The home fries were tasty with just the right amount of onion but the bacon was overcooked for my taste though I know many people like theirs extra crispy. There were two waitresses and they both were friendly and attentive. By the time I was ready to leave every table was taken but there were still seats at the counter. Now I know why the parking lot is almost always full, especially on the weekend. If you are looking for Home Town restaurant with good food & great coffee this is the place for you!

We split one appetizer of fried pickles which tasted like salt but other than that we stuck with the basics and it was ok. We were full so we took the icecream to go. I had the happy ending sundae and it seemed tiny but it is what it is. We took pictures of the menu to update for yelp.

The pancakes were soooo good and made just how i like them, thin with crispy edges. We also got beef stew, which was yummy and filled up with so much meat, potatoes and veg. Also did not give extras like other diners do. Only saving grace was Banana Silver Dollar pancakes. Service did go above, water was always full, chef and waiter helped get us an order they don't normally do. They went above what was needed. Inside was decorated really nicely, felt very festive and upbeat. Was not expecting that. If food wasn't sub par, would definitely be worth a stop. My friend got the cheesesteak I tried a bite as well and it was really good. I think it was just missing mayo. It's a quick little pick up spot perfect before the movie. They have TV's also which was great to watch a bit of the game. The service though was 1000/10. She was so nice. It's a grab and go spot. She actually brought everything to our table. Including a few trips and her hospitality alone is why I would return.
