The course is fun and challenging enough to keep you coming back. I love the staff. I am always greeted by name and with a smile. At the end of your round you can sit on the raised back deck that overlooks the course and parts of Healdsburg and enjoy a drink and some snacks. The practice range has been brought modern with computerized golf tracking machines that you can use to work on each club use or you can play distant courses virtually while actually striking the ball. There are even hosted events for the practice range. The prices are good and the events and instruction classes fill up fast. Don't miss out on this gem. You just feel good after you play this course.

I must say this is a gorgeous track with top notch facilities. The course if tough but fair. The greens are absolute perfection. Fairways are manicured. I think having mandatory caddies really help with the upkeep. Our group's caddies were Keith and Eric. Each caddy manages 2 bags. I suppose you can get a caddy for yourself, but I haven't played in months. This was just a chance to hangout with friends that I haven't seen so my game was below average. We played from the middle tees which is 6,156 yards with a 71.0/138 rating/slope. Pretty respectable for member's tees! After the round we enjoyed a nice Riesling wine accompanied with cheese and various small bites. I recommend sitting outdoor so you can take in the spectacular view. Their locker room is top notch complete with showers, steam room, toiletries and friendly staff to clean your shoes. Pro Tip: * Come early and hit balls at their exceptional range * Their range balls are Pro V1s * Seniors can ride/walk as needed * Tip your caddy $130 * Tip your shoe cleaner * Bring some cash and take care of their great staff

From the moment we checked in and throughout our visit, we received impeccable service. Despite it being winter (but no recent rain) the course was in great shape. With any upper tier course, cart and range balls were included in the rate. The cart was newer and had GPS which was extremely helpful for the round. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. The greens, fairways were in very good shape. Pace of play was pretty good, but we did battle the sunset due to a slow 4-some ahead of us that thought they were playing in some high-stakes match (maybe they were?). Upon completion of play, we were greeted just off the 18th green with a warm, damp towel to freshen up. One thing that's nice, the course is away from the casino/hotel so you don't have to deal with that while attempting to step away from that chaos. Overall wonderful experience. We been coming annually for a few years and Bodega Links has always been accommodating. The "Guy" running the show is kind of LEGENDARY. He somehow manages to gather 20+ semi intoxicated dudes to post up for a photo ops prior to sending us on the course. - Course is super fun, even for a "not-at-all Super Pro" like myself who golf approximately1.7 times a year. LOL. - this place rivals some of the best courses i tee off at. Highly recommended teeing off at the Links whenever you get a chance. Sometimes you might get "Lucky" and get a hole-in-one where I'm holding the flag.

We had the seven-course New Year's Eve prix fixe with wine pairings over numerous years, and each were equally unique and incredible. It's that perfect balance of farm-to-table "health" food and total comfort dishes. For something more low-key, Picobar by the pool has some of the best Baja-style tacos I've had in NorCal. Plus, the whole place is super dog-friendly, which is a huge win for us. The Experience & Pro-Tip: Definitely book through AmEx Platinum if you can. We used the Fine Hotels + Resorts program and snagged a $300 credit, a late 4 p.m. checkout, and an automatic upgrade. I will say, even "perfect" places have their off moments. This year, despite requesting a room close to the spa months in advance (and confirming twice), they initially tucked us away at the far edge of the property. I wasn't thrilled about hiking across 22 acres in my robe and sandals! I spoke with the front desk, and the concierge actually went back and reviewed my recorded calls to verify the request. They did move us about 30 minutes later to a spot half the distance away, though it lacked the private fenced patio and fireplace of our original booking. I was too tired to keep fighting it and just wanted to get to the spa, so I settled in. Despite that hiccup, the service and the atmosphere here remain some of the best in the world. It's not cheap, but for the memories and the access to Napa's best vineyards, it's worth it every time. Can't wait to be back next year.

Compared to Stanly, the rates for rooms were more expensive while I felt the Stanly offered a much better campus. The room service could have been better as they missed delivery of the pre-ordered breakfast in the morning as the night shift didn't properly fill in the order request and didn't get placed, but the team quickly remedied the situation and delivered not too long after our original request time. The rooms were comfy with a good layout, but the garden out back were covered with fences and it didn't feel as freeing as Stanly Ranch's rooms where the back patio is uncovered. Overall, I'd visit Stanly or Auberge du Soleil when going back to the Napa area.

There might be something similar outside a vineyard in Yalta, Russia. 3) I love Lake County for its natural beauty, its authentic people, its agriculture and a growing wine and beer industry. 4) The Riviera offered a good chance to see some old time rock'n'rollers (called Without a Net) execute many of the cover tunes I would request anyway, from Santana to the Doors to Dylan. Great crowd, good vibe. I would go back.
