my family and I have been going to this campgrounds for over 20 years. unfortunately this was a horrible experience we had the staff everyone we had to deal with was very rude and unhelpful not only did they argue with us about giving us a few extra parking passes saying that we couldn't have them because that they were only for immediate family which was they were are children driving from different areas. then they charged us for the extra passes when my son arrived at the campground and checked in they also charged him when I explained to them I had already paid they said because I didn't bring it to them before he arrived they charged him when I purchased the previous passes they never explained that I had to have the passes there before he arrived. when we pulled out the sleeping couch pullout bed we lifted the mattress and there was so much food underneath the mattress. when I told the manager about it she really did not apologize or act like it wasn't a big deal read more

I stopped in and asked if my 8 year boys (red ball team) could use their pool on Sunday August 25. The front desk clerk (Amber) said sure and my daughter Madeline will be there Sunday. I paid 150.00 dollars (instead of 5.00 per person). Then returned to ask if we could use their meeting room from Mindy (who claimed she was the owner, and she said she saw my check and I'd course, no extra charge! I tried 3 times to pay her. Sunday arrived and about 20 of us showed up after Church to swim from 1-3pm. Their was no management as the young gals said no managers came in on Sundays. Not even Madeline. So they called us all liars, saying we never paid and couldn't come in or use the meeting room! I kindly said said call Mindy, )who abruptly said we were all liars, and she never met me, or heard of an 8 year old team coming! Mindy said we were lying! The kinder I got the meaner they got. No eye contact... just kept saying we can't come in. Finally they realized I paid, let us in. But five minutes before our trophy presentation Madeline saud, "you can't use it unless you pay thecfull 80.00 rate for 12 hrs use! So I paid the 75.00 she demanded. I thought bring kind would help: it didn't. One kind employee Hannah was kind to me seeing how I was treated and kindly helped me. I tipped her 20.00 saying, kindness and a smile makes you a blessing at any business in front of the mean employees. (They made her give it back). Stopping in the next morning amber at my presence screamed at the top of her lungs saying I never paid, and wouldn't let me kindly say even one word. I pray they gave cameras. She kicked me out, and kept saying get off our property forbidding me to talk to manager Mindy. When reading other reviews, I learned the exact same thing happened exactly to other grandmother's, and people are still traumatized after 3cyears of being yelled at and kicked put by Amber not allowing anyone to speak to Mindy. Very sad as their reputation precedes them I'm learning!. Rita. I hot copies of both my checks and Amber altered my check crossing off the note: Mindy said room was free). A man next to me was wide eyed listening to ambervyell falsehoods at me ! Our boys obeyed all rules and parents were kind even after being called liars. Worst experience ever in my life! Im turning 70 and i know a good name is better than great riches. My family and I needed a Place yo stay last night 06/11/18 a Monday... We paid 40 for 1 night with a truck camper. We just needed water and electricity no sewer, its more money obviously if you add that. This park has a pool, clean bathrooms and showers, has a laundry room 3 washer and 3 dryers... has wifi but I couldn't grt any signal Tho...they gave is the 226 spot, oo and everyone gets a table lol, which is really close to the bathroom which there is everything. This park has lots of trees , grass ,this is a clean Place... hill areas too...my only problem was that around 7-8pm very quite, no noise anywhere and i have 3 small kids ( and they make lot of noise) so I didn't want to make any noise i had to lock my self in the camper with my kids, just go outside for cooking ,etc... but thats my problem i know... this place is beautiful anyways... I will comeback. read more

Stayed three nights in late June. We had a pull thru site. Sites were a decent size we could park the truck either in front or in back room for either. Plenty of trees and a nice walking path through the woods. Bathrooms and showers were very clean and well kept. Staff looked like high school kids out for the summer but they were very nice and helpful. The snack shack delivers meals to your site which is so nice on moving day. We will stay here again. read more

Very pretty park. Lots of trees and grass. Recently converted to KOA. Very hilly with 1/4 minus gravel roads and sites. We tried three before finding one we could level on. Airheads in office were willing to let us try different sites but would not reduce cost. This park is way, way too expensive for what they have. We paid nearly $50.00. Have had better for much less. The best was the internet. Quite strong from our site. We will not stay here again. read more

We have camping at this campground since 2009 when it was Hidden Valley. Very well maintained, plenty of activities for everyone with themed weekends. When they became a KOA we were hoping that their standards wouldn't be lowered. So far it appears that their bathroom and shower facilities are still above average for a campground. If I had to add any negative comments it would be that the golf cart traffic is to much and since they have mostly gravel roads the dust is horrible. Also they must do a better job of making sure dogs are on a leash and are not barking. We also feel that they have to many Halloween themed weekends. read more

We have camped here since the mid 90's...never really had a complaint till this year. We had to cancel, I got Covid (with a fever) and didn't want to get anyone sick...when I called to cancel I was informed I could still some, to just wear a mask. Sure I could've, I thought canceling was the appropriate thing to do. Our site was paid in full, along with our golfcart rental. We received NOTHING back, not even a credit for a future stay. Friends were on the site next to us, they still went...our site was rented to another party...I think that's called double dipping, certainly unprofessional and greedy. Fast forward to this weekend, we booked last August due to the high demand, we were charged an early entrance fee, I didn't mind paying it, but I did mind the excavator we had to listen go the entire afternoon, first clip. The second clip was today, an enormous dust storm, created by the owners father, because they're trying to save money by digging this pond theirselves, Kathy informed us of this. She also suggested we sit on the front side of our rv, that would be the rv, everything outside of it, and the truck that is covered in dust, along with all the others camped along the back side of the park! Obviously the parks money is more important than their guests, completely ignorant owners. read more

I have stayed in a few KOAs from Michigan to Florida and have never experienced such a lack of training or experience from office staff at this KOA. I went to the office after seeing my unit could not fit on the full hook up site they placed me on,(I have a 35' fifth wheel and site was on narrow hill with trees restricting access). They said I can move to the site near that to where they placed me. After setting up camp, I discovered it was not a full hook up site and went back to the office where I again talked to the same teen. I requested a pull through site because of my third attempt to get my unit set up just for one single night. The clerk was very courteous but had no authority to offer such good PR hospitality. Her boss, Amber, stated she would not do that. As a camper who travels across this beautiful country, I would hope that the name KOA would be a welcome area after a long day on the road, but today was more stressful at this Campground than being on the road. Had a great time until i got home and received a call saying the golf cart was damaged. This is after we returned it and employee walk through and everything was fine. Get call that the whole frontend was damaged. Everything was fine when dropped off i smell this is there SCAM. Didnt say anything when we were there so we could of talk about it .SCAM SCAM read more

do not visit this campground. weather related cancellation forfeited the entire deposit. apparently, koa policy allows for cancellation 48 hours before costing $10 vs. the milton family campground takes the entire deposit if not called within 7 days. must read the fine print. they are profiting off the summer regardless of family / weather related needs. use this campground at your own risk. thumbs down. read more

We had such an awesome time here! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had nice clean bathrooms and showers cleaned daily. The pool was lovely. There were open tables with umbrellas and the cutest mini lawn chairs the kids can lay on. We didn't get to try much of the food but the cheese curds were delicious! We will definitely be back. With a clean shower, food delivery, a pool AND hot tub, that's my idea of a nice little get away. Only next time we're really glamping and getting a cabin! read more

Staff is extremely helpful. The tent site we had was very small and had very little shade. We were close to the restrooms and showers, which was a plus. Place was very clean, camping sites, restrooms, Lodge and pool. We had electric and water which was good. But I thought it was a little high priced, a little over $60 a night. read more

One of the most expensive campgrounds in Wisconsin. The pool is only large enough for 10 people...don't let the pictures fool you. Staff has no respect, nor do they know the people who have been camping at Hidden Valley for years. Be careful of your bill. Many times we've found hidden fees. They will change you an additional $15 if you don't have your Good Sam card. Even though that is not Good Sam's policy. If you can get the right sites, it's a nice campground for big groups, otherwise, for what you get and for how you're treated...try somewhere else. read more

Nice place! It is very clean!! They have sites for everything here even big rigs! They have a pool and nice playgrounds. They have golf cart trails. They have a place to get good if you don't feel like cooking, they even have homemade pizzas. They will deliver to your campsite! They have group-sites. We had so much fun here with our little kids the sites are larger so you can hear everyone at night. Definitely going back! read more

Quick check-in and great campground. They had just finished a large Halloween weekend and many campers still there when we checked in on Sunday afternoon. Clean with lots of things to do. Only there one night but will be back when we pass through. Only issue we saw was that teenagers with golf carts were a menace driving golf carts. One woman almost had her son ran down when a group of kids were zig zagging and lost control. Not the parks fault but I do blame the parents! Nice size sites and easy pull thru sites...some are on hills but you can get in and out! read more
