Great selection of all kinds of hidden beds with the great help of Curt demonstrating and explaining. I settled on a cabinet bed I wanted. The team who delivered it was friendly and efficient. They set the bed up and explained how to close it up. I just hope I remember! I have decided to get a mattress pad for the bed since it seems too firm to me. I had been worried that the folds in the mattress might be bothersome, but they were not an issue. I highly recommend checking out Hiddenbeds of Oregon. This company went above and beyond to insure I was able to get a cabinet bed within a couple days of ordering. I live in Redmond and they brought it to me and set it up for a reasonable delivery fee since I was at least 200 miles away from where they are located. Germaine is a new employee and he was very patient with me and answered every question. Keith, the owner, matched a price of a Business near me to had them on sale but would not guarantee delivery by a certain needed date. Just had my Hiddenbed from Hiddenbed of Oregon delivered and set up and it's going to work perfectly. With living in a tiny home and obtaining new employment where I'm working from home, this was the perfect option for making the best use of space for my small bedroom/office. This is a family run business with awesome service! My murphy bed has been delayed by the supplier (not the fault of Hidden Bed of Oregon) and Keith and his team have been so accomodating! The best is they will come and setup your bed for you. If you order from a large online retailer, you wlill risk damage in shipping and have to haul it in and put it together yourself. Hidden Bed of Oregon prices are great, service is fantastic and better yet - a local company. So worth it and I won't hesitate to work with them again. read more

I'm not sure how it's possible that Lori R. and I had such different experiences. I had nothing but amazing customer service from Keith. I initially called with some questions, and he had ready answers and was more than willing to tweak his design to accommodate our strange space. Because I'd spent a lot of time trying to find just the right Murphy bed, I decided to drive down to Mt. Angel and get a good look at the beds. The storefront is really the woodshop--smells wonderful!--and there are a few models on display so I could get a sense of the quality and see the wood options. Keith was patient with me as I made my decision. He gave me a delivery date on the spot, and, even though one of his employees was on leave, Keith never wavered on the date. In fact, he was ready a few days early. When it came to delivery, he spent several hours building and installing the bed in our space, securing it to the wall, etc. All the customizations that we'd discussed were carried out. The bed is beautiful, and it's the only one I could find where the stay-level desk has enough clearance to be able to leave a lamp, open laptop, or anything taller than 8 inches on it. Customer service is non-existent. According to this company, having your delivery (500 lb. pallet) dumped at the base of your driveway is considered home delivery. Metal bed legs are missing protective pads to protect the flooring. Bolts missing and insufficient directions. Numerous baggies of bolts etc. marked with pen that came off on our hands. No offer for compensation, just excuses. read more
