The food is okay. It's just unseasoned buffet food. The service... what service? lol Employees just stand around until you ask them something, and most of the time they say they can't help or don't know. And if you have a timed ride card, your time is still going down while you wait for staff to slowly walk over and turn the machine on. We stopped by because two of the littles had a free entry from school. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was, especially the hot honey pizza. We also got the salad and I love the variety of toppings they have. The kids had fun playing the games but many of them wouldn't scan the game cards. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I feel like with the prices being so cheap I can't really complain so much. This place is pretty cheap for the food with adults being under 20 bucks to get in and kids ranging from 10-14 dollars for free food and drinks. There's six areas to sit at in the entire place plus little rooms for private birthdays. It's always going to be pretty busy, and a bit dirty. I noticed some of the plates, cups, and silverware were still dirty. The arcade area is pretty fun. Keeps the children entertained. I just think this is the best place if you're on a budget and still want to have fun. read more

I had my son's birthday party with 9 of his friends here and they had the best time! We got it own party room with a designated host that helped with serving, picking up trash and providing items like candles and plates etc. I used Groupon and got a great deal on fun cards with unlimited rides for all the kids as well as all you can eat and drink. Went here yesterday to celebrate my little brothers birthday and it was absolutely perfect. To start off, the food was nice and fresh, and I'm a celiac (severe intolerance to gluten, if I eat it I get seriously sick) and I have had a good experience with the gluten free pizza here before. It came out in less than 5 minutes and was piping hot! Absolutely delicious! As for dessert, my sister is intolerant to dairy and we were SO excited to find out the ice cream was dairy free!!!! I've been coming here since I was a little kid and everytime I visit, nostalgia sparks and I just get so excited. We played many games and had a ton of fun, it's just like when I was a kid. People at the prize counter were very nice and patient when I was deciding what I wanted. Most of the games work, atmosphere was nice. This place has really gone downhill over the years. Every time we go it's unbearably hot and musty inside. The food is always disgusting. Not even 1 or 2 items that are good. Baked potatoes overcooked, pasta overcooked, pizza tastes gross. Most of the games don't work and it takes forever for an attendant to come to the rides. The staff looks unhappy as well. I think they need a food makeover, some renovations, and work on motivating their employees. read more

My family and I have been coming to John's Pizza for years, but we really come here for our kids. My girls love John's Pizza. They love the pizza, and they love playing the games. Our youngest got a certificate for a free buffet from school, so we brought her. We like to come right when they open because around 12 p.m., it does get packed. Sundays buffet was pretty good. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good. The salads were great, and I love how many condiments they have and how clean everything is. They didn't have baked potatoes at the time I was here, and my husband said the fettuccine sauce needed salt, which makes sense they want guests to season their own food. I love their ice creams, i get so mad when their ice cream machine is broken! The games they have are kid like, which, of course, it's for kids! I like how it's growing, though! read more

Location and employees were a 5 star experience however there was 1 employee I'd give a 1 star review if I could. This is the only place in town I've been able to find with a photo booth that has the outside camera on it. Really comes in handy with a big family. The employees at the prize booth area were also incredible and very fun to talk to. Sissy was also great. She was one of the lovely people holding down the buffet area and was so polite and attentive. She made sure everything was fresh and stocked and kept the whole section looking clean, which we really appreciated. Awesome service all around from that young lady along with her other buffet mates! Now this is where it goes south. At some point in the night we were about to ask someone if we could have cones for the ice cream but Sissy beat us to it and filled them right up. Not long after we heard her getting yelled at by another employee, maybe a manager or something, over refilling the cones. Again, the cones were fully refilled and many of us were already enjoying our ice cream. However this woman was yelling at her over it from probably 2 feet away in front of all the customers and employees around. At some point they said something about a walkie talkie being out of battery, which can happen to anyone. A bit later she comes back and comes at her again in the salad bar telling her she needs to be refilling everything faster. Everything looked pretty full apart from like the bread which came out like 1 minutes later. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if that was her daily attitude but it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It was also really uncomfortable to witness for us and the kids. I never did get her name because she felt very unapproachable but we ended our visit on a pretty sour note because of her. I hope she's not like this with every employee, but she honestly shouldn't be like this with ANY employee regardless. Apart from her though this is a fun place to take the kids or yourselves. My son received a meal voucher from school so we decided to just go on a random Thursday. I've been here several times over the years but honestly, before today, I probably haven't been here in over 3 or 4 years. And It's exactly as I remember it the last time. Upon entering we bought a small package of game tokens along with our meal. The food is decent and fair for what you pay, everything looks fresh. The salad bar is always a good spread of various toppings for your preference. I do wish the plates were a little bit bigger, but it is a buffet so I get it, and the staff does a good job of making sure everything stays stocked. Not much to the dessert, a few different types of cookies. They do have ice cream cones and soft-serve ice cream so that's always a treat. We played a few games and everyone had fun and left well fed. Hats off to John's Incredible Pizza for continuing to provide a family fun experience without breaking the bank. Everywhere else has raised prices on this and that while price gouging on everything else and John's has steadily remained the same experience over the years, I hope they continue to do so. The food is really good specially the potato chowder and chocolate chips cookies which are made on the location plus with the new addition of chicken wings among the other new additions. The employees are on point always there when help is needed specially Jose S, the place is always clean and bathrooms too. Our hostess was Cynthia Q, and she did absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and patient and had an overall great attitude that we all could see and feel. My oldest son even had come up to me to tell me she was doing really great. We have nothing but good things to say all around about John's Incredible Pizza and their staff, especially, Cynthia. The claw machines never work. They just take kids money and never close all the way. My granddaughter got two stuffed animals in the claw and when it retracted to the top the claw opened up and they both dropped out. To say she was heartbroken is an understatement.
