I have gone to other places, where after 2 weeks you start to look wonky. She also doesn't try to sell you on special lash cleaner, and just advises you to use baby shampoo and baking soda. Her studio is tucked inside phenix salons, which is hard to find. Just search for the dress barn in L'Enfant Plaza when using Google maps.
