This review is long overdue for this amazing family business. I've been working with this jewelry store since 2019 specifically with Chad. My husband found them and gave me the idea to custom make my own engagement ring and so we did. I told Chad what I wanted and gave him our budget and when I tell you he worked his magic he definitely did. He found the perfect stone for me and it was gorgeous. There's something about loose diamonds that just make my heart melt. When I saw my diamond I fell inlove. It was the perfect cut, clarity, grade and size. It's also so cool to be able to see them under a microscope. Fast forward to a couple of months and I got my ring. It was indeed gorgeous, just the way I imagined it and more. The best part about all of this is the experience. Custom making your own jewelry is such an experience you'll remember because you know that's you and that's your style. They provide you with a GIA cert as well. I did insure my ring because of the value of it. I love the simplicity yet elegant look of my ring. I'm eventually going to start the process for my cross necklace with Chad. All in all, this was an amazing experience and I would never go anywhere else to buy custom jewelry. read more

Don't expect a phone call to let you know when your repair is ready, because they don't do that. When I mentioned that nobody called us back either time we had something repaired there, the lady said "oh, we don't have time!". Then, the big guy comes out from the back all puffed up w an attitude a few seconds later. By not bothering to call their customers to let them know their repair is ready, they surely wind up with a nice drawer full of "freebies"... especially from old timers that tend to be more forgetful. I needed some silver rings cut off and resized. Chad was so helpful in that he quickly got the rings removed and was honest about how, 1. He specializes in gold and diamonds, not silver, and 2. Strongly recommended that I go elsewhere to have my silver rings resized for a lot cheaper. He even suggested what to ask for when I do shop around for resizing my silver rings. He charged me nothing to have the rings removed! I cannot recommend this place enough! Unfortunately, I do not wear much gold jewelry or even own a diamond but this is the place I would go to for repairs for sure! read more
