A lady that sat set next to me told me scheduled for same, and hard to find a parking spot! She was seen first, although I arrived before her! The place was packed and overbooked! I waited almost 2 hours for my appt.! What, these doctors don't feel my time is important too? And I had already had a series of X-rays prior ordered by my PCP at an imaging facilty, yet Dr. Kardashian claimed he did not have, thus had several more taken. I was told I could have surgery for my arthritic hand, and he gave me steroid shot for pain. Only saw the doctor for a few minutes, yet I lost my ride home due to long waits in office, Xrays, and more waiting in the treatment room! Had trouble getting a call through to my rider, and a friend paid $50 for a Uber privately to get me home! This is a poorly run facility, and sure they will not compensate for the Uber ride back home! I am appalled!

A Specialist Doctor here reviewed…read moremy MRI raw data, somewhat described my injuries to me, suggested an intense course of steroids to reduce inflammation, to be followed up with Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. The doctor also prescribed a muscle relaxer, but they do not write ANY prescriptions for pain medication. They only refer patients to a Pain Management Clinic. It's a Florida thing. Paying out-of-pocket, the office visit was only $120. I thought that was very reasonable - until I discovered it's for 15 minutes of the doctor's time. He couldn't interview me about my signs and symptoms, review my MRI, and discuss treatment options with me in 15 minutes! After waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, I would have gladly paid $240 to get 30 minutes of the doctor's time. You better make sure your medical records and MRI's get here before your appointment, and then talk fast! We never got to discuss my specific Physical Therapy needs at all, but they did give me the business cards for 3 PT clinics. And I will be receiving some prescriptions to reduce inflammation in my spine. I am rating 5-stars because WCMI certainly knows what they are doing, but visits are somewhat rushed and overlapping. Be prepared and you should be okay. -------------------------------------------------- Updates: #1. The steroid treatment they gave me has been a Godsend. That's why they get 5-stars. They are good doctors and caring doctors. #2. I spoke with the Administrator and we agreed to disagree. He doesn't want any patients to feel rushed, but they do schedule 15 minute appointments. That is standard for most doctors in the US.

My Dr. Moynihan was great, I even got his autograph ( on my knee).Anthony after surgery was amazing with post op care. Had me up and moving in no time and helped explain my care when home to my Hubble and myself, which I don't remember most of it. That would be a great reason so have your person there to get it. Home now with care from a very over protective Hubble. Guess I will enjoy that part for awhile!

The staff is friendly and I never really have to wait very long when my appointment time is scheduled. Today I saw Dr. Panas, he is such a extremely handsome doctor! Sorry I had to put that in there cause he is. Anyway, he went through my MRI and explained everything about my knee and the process so well that I understood 100% what he was saying. I find all the doctors there to be pretty good at their job. There's one that I will not see and that would be Dr. Bennett because of a past experience years ago. But I do highly recommend the Center For Bone And Joint Disease they take care of you and everything is like a one stop shopping type thing they do it all there. And no, I don't have any pictures because I don't think it's allowed to take pictures of people inside the doctors office.

I can't say enough about what excellent physicians/surgeons are in this practice. The staff are all right on top of things, are kind and efficient. The medical personnel are caring and assure that you have what you need. My husband and I drive over 2 hours to see Dr. Raposo. He has referred us to Dr. Mijic, Dr. Reyhar and Dr. Ngyen, and we have been very happy with them too. So far between my husband and I, we have had knee replacements, shoulder replacement, hip replacement and multiple injections and treatments. I was in the medical field for over 45 years, so I know who is good and who is just blowing smoke! I don't know why I haven't reviewed them sooner but after seeing a physician in my local area and realizing the difference in care and consideration, I knew I needed to review them.

Without the whole story...Nicole, office manager called and gave a speech that also suggested I should seek a different surgeon. After 10 minutes of her accusations and aggressive behavior I applauded her ask asked if I could speak on my behalf, without success!! This experience prompted me to cancel my appointment in anticipation of ever having to interact with this miserable staff again. What would Dr Katz think if he knew how horrible the staff that he trusts on his front line??
