Mike was amazing! Not only did he show up the same day, but he fixed everything no one else could. We had internet and cameras installed, and since the team worked so quickly, I also had them check the dimmers in my kids' rooms that our previous electrician couldn't get working. Very bad costumer services and communication. Every time I called them I got treated like they were doing me a favor and not like a customer. They also seemed mad every time they answer my calls. So at one point I was told that they will be coming to fix my issue at a specific time so I took off from work and they never came. I called to see what happened and I was told that they didn't know and they were going to check with the technician, I was never called back to let me know anything. October 19,2017 UPDATE Mike Did It Again I had a chandelier with seven individual lights dropping from it. The location was on a staircase between the first and second floor. A few sockets were actually burnt out and needed replacement. Again, Mike to the rescue. Sockets replaced and rewired, and the light fixture is working perfectly. Thank you Mike. And thank you Azad, who coordinated this electrical challenge. My older review: Exceptional Service and Quality I had a short circuit in an outside light fixture that "blew out" electrical service in 1/3 of my house. We have a home insurance policy with American Home Shield (AHS) that covers electrical. I called AHS and they contracted the job out to High Class Services. I was in contact with a wonderful person (Azad) who scheduled Mike their technician to come out. Azad called me in the morning to tell me Mike would be coming out that morning. Mike arrived and immediately started to access the situation/problem. His methodology was meticulous. The circuit breaker was dismantled and checked. All electrical outlets and switches were opened and checked. The outside light fixture needed to be replaced and an inside dimmer switch was not working. Once everything that needed work was repaired or replaced, the lights came on. I can't say enough good things about High Class Services especially Azad and Mike. They were the real deal. One other thing I did not know...they also do plumbing, air conditioning, cabinets and construction. I highly recommend both AHS and High Class Services. read more

Although my call to AHS was from last Friday they did not show up until Monday. Mike and Alex came diagnosed the problem and fixed the electrical issue. These guys are very good and quick! My gas heater's electrical was on the same circuit that was bad. They came and went in 10 mins. Or less...Will recommend this company any day. read more

My home warranty company set me up with High Class Services. They were the second electrician company after the first company pointed at the problem where as with high class, Mike confirmed the problem, but he actually fixed the problem in a few minutes. Stay away. The worst electrician I have dealt with by far. As with others this electrician was pushed on us by American Home Shield. When we couldn't reach him at first and asked for another company we were told we had no other option because we didn't have an emergency situation. Our issue was with a circuit breaker connected to our kitchen that kept flipping after being on for 10 minutes or so. I explained this to the technician. He flips the breaker on and waits a couple minutes. Then he looks in the kitchen and says that because we have an oven, Microwave, and Toaster on the same circuit that we must have been overloading the circuit. He went on to say that the oven was probably pulling 20 amps on its own. The only problem is that I told him we hardly ever used all 3 appliances at the same time, and if that was an issue, wouldn't it have to of tripped the breaker once or twice before this became an issue? He didn't have an answer. He quickly recommended that we needed to run 3 new lines from the breaker box to the kitchen, we would require someone else to remove our Oven and Microwave, and then he would need to cut into the walls to remove the current lines and replace with new ones, and he wouldn't repair the walls he would cut into either. A huge job, and considered an upgrade. This info went to AHS who quickly denied our claim since the technician said it was an upgrade and not a repair because we 'overloaded' the line and in his opinion needed more power. We found a new fantastic electrician at Countrywide Electric. He came out and quickly dismissed all of the info from High Class Services as being incorrect. Told us that the oven is gas (so it draws power only for a clock), and that the microwave and toaster together pulled a safe amount of power, though still not recommended to be used at the same time. In less than 2 hours they found the issue to be bad old wiring under the house. (Absolutely nothing related to what High Class Services had told us, and something that should have been covered by our policy with AHS). In short, we ended up spending $975 on a job that should have been covered by our AHS policy because we were told we had no choice but to use High Class Services, who we paid $75 to to misdiagnose our issue and cause us to not be able to have our issue covered by our home warranty. read more

Based on past experience, I'm skeptical of repair companies sent out by my home warranty company, but my worries were unfounded with High Class Services. They were sent to me when the heater in my bathroom fan completely quit working. They were able to come out quickly and when they had to order a part, were very good about keeping me updated as to the status of tracking down the part. When the part came in and there turned out to be a secondary issue (which couldn't have been diagnosed without the first part), he didn't bat an eyelash, he said he would order the second part and took the heater component with him so he could confirm it was working properly before reinstalling it in my bathroom fan. read more

These people did a great job in finding out what was causing my ceiling lights to not turn on. The electrician needed to go into the attic which was very cramped and VERY hot and found the problem with the old wiring. I was very happy with their work. They also were very accomodating with my schedule. read more

American home shield also pushed these guys on us, as others have said, but our experience with them was great. Our heater and ac unit wasn't getting power and he followed the line from the breaker box to an outlet in the middle of the house. Everything was working again within 30 minutes. This contractor was sent to me by my home warrantee company, American Home Shield, to repair an electrical problem. I would not recommend them. Barely spoke English. I told him multiple times the problem was probably with a junction box in the attic, since the problem outlets worked before the home seller made repairs in the attic junction box just above these outlets, then the outlets did not work after the repairs when I moved in. Once he finally did decide he needed to go into the attic, he apparently did not have a ladder - asked to use mine. Mine is really too short to get into the attic, but he climbed and squirmed his way up. Now the best part...as he made his way across the attic, he stepped through my ceiling! Insulation and dust went EVERYWHERE! I understand accidents happen, and his boss arranged to send someone out that evening to make the ceiling repairs. However, at this point, after he picked up all the insulation on my floor and counter, he told me he had to leave to go to another job! In other words, if you are keeping score, at this point I had: - electrical outlets that still were not fixed - a huge hole in my ceiling - dust everywhere in the house, - and an electrician who is telling me he has to leave! After raising a stink with him, the story then became he needed to go to Home Depot for supplies. Long story short, after six and a half hours both the outlets and the hole were repaired, and I probably spent four hours of my time cleaning dust out of the house. Low class service. Through AHS, we were forced to use this company. They were difficult to schedule and required multiple calls by us to confirm an appointment time. They spent no more than 10 minutes assessing the situation and provided a completely incorrect assessment to AHS. Because of their erroneous assessment (which we had to pay for), we had to pay for fixing our issue out of pocket (~$1000), which should have been covered by our policy. I will not use this company again. Bad service and no accountability. read more

Horrible service from start to finish! Tried making an appointment for a simple electrical repair and soonest they would be in our area was 4 days later. Had to go with Highclass due to home warranty insc co. The day before the appointment the receptionist calls and says they need to reschedule due to an emergency job in another part of town. I told her I would just get another company from the home warranty company to have another company come out. She quickly changed the story and original appointment was kept. Service technician was very rude when here and not sure he really knew what he was doing. We are having an electrician friend come inspect. Took 3 weeks and 4 calls to High Class for them to contact home warranty co for final diagnosis. Ridiculous service! read more

When they arrived they would not fix the problem they came out for instead all they did was try and sell me things I did not need. Owner Mike was honest and fair with his pricing and analysis of what we needed in our home, he came with his crew, did above and beyond what was agreed in the contract , just because of his high work ethics, the huge job was finished within two days as he anticipated. This contractor came out to my house to service my doorbell through American Home Shield. He took a look into our attic, told me the wires had been cut, and said I should go on Amazon and buy a wireless doorbell system. Great advice...until he demanded I pay him the service fee. My problem not being rectified, I was reluctant to write a check, and when I expressed that reluctance, he snickered and said, "Fine, you don't have to sign the work order. American Home Shield will pay me anyway, and you will have to pay them." So basically, I paid $75 to have this guy tell me to buy a doorbell on Amazon. Great. read more

High class service ? What a joke!!! I had an appointment scheduled today from 12 to 4 stayed home to wait for these people. They never showed up. I called them to find out what's going on, they say the technician came to my home and fixed my outlets. Which they did not come to my home and fix my outlets. I still have no working lights. I spent 45 minutes arguing with the person telling him they did not come to my home, they must've gone to the wrong address . The person was very rude and instead of trying to correct the problem he made the situation worse by arguing and telling us it was our problem not his. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager when asked to speak with the owner and all of a sudden he was the owner. The worst customer service ever! I will never do business with this company and will be complaining and telling all my friends and family about them. read more

High Class Services showed up at the scheduled time and performed the necessary repairs without any problems and for the agreed upon price. Their service technician "mike" has been here before for other electrical problems and was very nice both times. The home warrantee company was going to send someone else, but this time I requested High Class Services.
