Took my Harley in for it's 5000 mile service along with a brake fluid flush. I was charged for this along with two new spark plugs and a cleaning of the K+N air filter. After leaving the dealership and returning home I took time to double check the work. At this time I discovered that the spark plugs had not in fact been changed or the air filter cleaned. I attempted to then verify that the oil and brake fluid had been changed but could not confirm this. I returned to the dealership and contacted the service writer and informed him of my concerns at which time he did go out to the bike and stated that there was no way to tell if the plugs had been changed or not. I informed him that by simply removing the plug it would be easy to look at it and tell if it had been changed, he removed the plug but stated that all the build up on it was from less than 200 miles of use. I then contacted the General Manager who listened to the situation and went and talked to one of the techs that worked on my bike who then informed him that in fact some of the work I was charged for WAS NOT PERFORMED. He then installed new plugs and gave a partial refund. While I will still use the parts dept. I will only use the service dept. as a last resort!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE! Test riding at this dealership can cost you a lot of money! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! YOU ARE NOT INSURED While Riding THERE BIKE! And signing the piece of paper (waiver of all your rights to insurance.!!! ) My 20 minute test ride at this dealership has cost me, my job, over 3K, and the B.S. just keeps rolling! This dealership sued me and made my life a living hell for over a year! Little did I know, I had just got my endorsement for Motorcycles, 11 DAYS! Before! This was last June 2012. Sales are built on TRUST! Do not trust this dealership, all they care about is your $$$. The cost of doing business is going to sucked out of you, If you damage the bike you rode!, Accidents happen, they don't treat as an accident, they treated me like a criminal, and bullied me in they're back office with 2 of their sales managers namely TOM and I don't remember the other one.. I had the best service I've ever had at any dealership that I've been too. I was there on Saturday October 17,2015. I went there to get the saddlebag recall done to my 2015 RoadGlide the young lady that helped me in the service was great when she was righting up the repair order she also ask me if I had the latest radio software update and I said no so she also had the tech's do that also and they also check the tire pressures. while they were doing the service I went up front and listened to one of the guys talk about exhaust systems . Ken has been super helpful! Very thorough and going threw pros and cons of multiple bike styles.
