I had a Groupon offer to tint my windows at High Def. I called to make an appointment at the end of the day prepared for the Groupon run around and expecting to be waiting weeks for an appointment. To my surprise they told me about the Groupon before I said I had one and scheduled me for the very next morning. When I arrived I was nicely greeted right when I walked in and I was immediately taken care of. They had many options to choose from which were very well presented with a live demonstration and a knowledgeable explanation of the products. They got right to work and I was directed to their nice clean waiting area with cable TV and comfy furniture. Hugo brought me a water and snacks for my wait. Great experience! The car looks great! No honor here . BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM BEWARE The owner quoted me a price and i made and appointment. When I showed up they tried to requote me and double the price. I explain to the worker that I had a quote from the owner he called the owner and the owner said yes honor the quote but once again when he started writing it up he started adding more cost. As I was standing there waiting I noticed they were doing the same thing to other customers quoted them a price but once there pressured to accepting higher price. read more

As the other reviews say on here don't go here BEWARE. I agree 100%. We took my daughter's Mercedes E-350 here to get the windows tinted. My daughter look at a few different places and decided to go with these guys. (TERRIBLE DECISION) my daughter read some of the reviews (only the good ones) which I told her after the fact you need to read the bad ones to see how these guys really are. Anyway she decided to go with these jokesters. Her car has the defroster lines in the window and it had tint on it. And the whole reason she went with these guys is there supposed to be professionals and wouldn't mess the defroster up. So she goes there gets the windows ceramic tinted. Mind you they had a special going on (another reason she went with these idiots) and even with the special she paid over $400. Not to bad considering it's ceramic tinted and they have to remove the old tint. Now first off we were told it would only take a couple hours to get done. Mind you it's like 3:30-4:00 when she gets there and they close at 6pm. We were told they would call when done. So 6pm rolls around and still no call. So my wife goes down there and there still working on it and she was told it'd be a couple more hours. Red flag right there. So around 7pm I'm like there's no way it takes that long to tint the car. So me and my daughter roll down there and as we walk in one of the employees comes out and says I was just about to call you. Uh-huh. So the car's done finally we over look it in the dark and it looks good from what we can tell. So she waits the 5 days to roll her windows down and as she does the window makes a loud noise as if it was stuck to the rubber seal or whatever. Not a big deal seemingly the windows just got tinted. As she gets home and looks at the windows there already starting to bubble and it didn't look like a very good job that was done. Also she has these interior lights she put in just a couple weeks ago that plug into the back lighter. She try's to turn them on and they don't work. Long story short I looked at them and these jokesters broke the usb plug. Whatever. So we go down there a couple days later after she calls and sets up a tone to go. The guy comes out and looks at the windows and says no worries we'll fix it. Cool. He takes a look at the rear window and says he doesn't like the job the previous guys did on the rear window so he's gonna re-do it. Ook. We go back to get the car everything looks great so we leave and my daughter goes to use the rear defroster and it won't even turn on. And we know for a fact it worked before because we took a family trip across the country and used it. So again we go back down there and talk to whoever and he calls the boss (I guess that's Hugo idk) so he hands the phone over to me and the boss says it was explained to my daughter that sometimes the defroster gets messed up and that it would also be in my paperwork that they gave us. My daughter said they never told her anything and I looked at her paperwork and that's a joke it itself. Nothing saying anything on the paperwork whatsoever. So after a couple more days I get to thinking why the heck should I pay for this to get fixed when the tint shop is the one that messed it up. So I go back down there and as I'm telling one of the employees about what happened another customer walks in with another tint problem. I overheard him say he usually goes somewhere else but since they had a desk he came here. ( his tint was bubbling as well) anyhow I hate to ramble but don't not take your car to these guys. There tint work is horrible and they done account for any of there screw up's. Bad business and bad ownership all around. Read the reviews in here there all bad. DO NOT GO HERE NO MSTTER WHAT. My entire experience here was great. All of them were friendly and gave me their advice on what tint I should get. They worked very quickly and were able to get me out the door within two hours, and that was for all around tint. The gave me a great price. Would definitely come back again. read more

Everyone working there is very nice, however the film they use is cheap. I purchased the ceramic tint for my sedan, and the film on the back glass drastically distorts what I see in my rear view mirror. I reached out to them about this a week after the job was done and they said to let it sit in the sun because I am just seeing water build up. Two months later, I reached out because the issue did not get better. They told me to come back to make it right, and when I arrived, they told me there was nothing they can do about it. read more
