Both turbos on my f150 are leaking oil after they replaced them. The oil pan and plug are both leaking after they replaced them. The valve cover is STILL leaking after I asked them to replace it. There is another leak unrelated to them, at least I think it is unrelated, on the timing cover. I told them I suspected leaks and they made up excuses like oil spilled in the bay. When the leaks were discovered they never responded and haven't since. There were smaller issues like repairs taking weeks that should have been days. Not doing work they charged me for like a smog check.

I took my vehicle to another place where the guy replaced the fuse in seconds then smogged my vehicle with no issue. Needless to say Alicia's is only out to charge you whatever they can. I could tell something was off because she wasn't sounding right after they "fixed" it. They kept giving me the runaround, blaming other issues for the weird sounds. I may not be mechanically inclined, but I know how my car drives and how quiet she used to be. After their so-called fix, she wasn't running the same. Finally, my husband had to fix another part on the car and noticed that the original part they replaced was leaking power steering fluid. Initially, they said, "We've got you, go get the part and we'll fix it." He got the part replaced for the third time, thinking it was flawed from the manufacturer. But when we returned to the shop, they said, "Oh well, it's going to cost you $200 and change," which is what we had originally paid. We refused to pay again and found another mechanic. Surprise, surprise--it turns out it was their fault. They didn't install the part properly. We ended up paying again, but at least not to them, as they couldn't even admit their mistake. ---
