The gentleman (Oscar) who I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock at this location at the time, but he was able to order it for me. Thanks Oscar! The tire arrived at this shop on the same day, but I couldn't head over here because I was about to head out of town that day. I had to wait until I got back from my trip. While I was away, I got a couple calls from this place to remind me that they have the tire and they were ready for me when I was available to bring my car in. That's great follow up service in my book! Thank you. On the day of my return, I drove here 15 minutes before closing time. Staff was friendly and nice. They were able to put the new tire on my car very quickly. The spare was pumped with air prior to it being placed back in the trunk area. Thanks for the quickness! While I was waiting, I observed their entire team at work. Every team member was working diligently in cleaning up and preparing to close shop. It was a very humbling sight. I appreciate a hardworking team. Thank you America's Tire for your wonderful staff and great service! Highly recommend. I'll be coming back here for future tire services! Bro I asked the guy how much it was for the patch, ignored the question and kept on doing his work, I thought, "Probably $10-$15 bucks like most shops.. $20 tops" No these guys take it to the next level, Then comes to me saying, "oh your tires are about to pop, could happen anywhere, if you're on the fwy you're dead" as usual shady business trying to scare you... mind you this are tires dated from 2023 not new new, but decent enough and all I wanted was a patch from a nail... I politely refused the estimate... Must have taken business lessons from those door to door Solar Panel sales dudes... Also the tire dude proceeds to overinflated the tire to like 50psi, when normal would be like 35psi, but hey I paid up the $30 and was on my way, lesson learned.
