Furthermore, they would not provide a range of estimates for possible subsequent work. The feeling was that they were upselling their services with no compromise or discussion. We subsequently had three more estimates done by licensed contractors, all coming in at less than one third of Bailey's (incomplete) estimate. When they did come, they spent all of 15 minutes and charged me $313 when they had quoted $248+tax (so it should have been max $271). They couldn't close the flu and claimed it was broken. It is not broken and it closes just fine. I called and asked why the charge was so much different and was told it is what it is. I told him I'd be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and he made zero effort to fix the situation. He hung up on me. Non-existent customer service. Rude. Unprofessional.
