Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The management is awful, and the lane maintenance is completely subpar. Between my son and I, we have had multiple bowling balls severely damaged by these lanes. One of my balls has suffered damage so extensive that it required a full resurface on four different occasions. Even worse, both of us have brought in brand-new balls, only to have them gouged and damaged on day one of hitting the lanes. Whenever an incident happens, they will address the immediate mechanical issue, but they completely neglect to maintain the lanes to prevent it from happening again. It has become such a frustrating cycle that I actually dropped out of my league. I refuse to pay their high prices just to risk destroying my equipment week after week. Through all of this, management has never once reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. I know it's become such a widespread issue that they recently started fixing ball damage in-house, but frankly, I'd much rather pay out of pocket to take my gear to my trusted pro shop so I know the repairs are done correctly. If you care about your bowling equipment, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I came back on a separate day to offer my patronage and support. Parking is plentiful. Interior has an old school look and feel to it. Quite nostalgic! Very clean and organized, but not super bright. Most house bowling balls were old, dirty, and chipped. I don't use a house ball since I have my own personal bowling ball. They may want to invest in some new balls... just saying. Their bowling games were $9.50 per game that Saturday night. I ended up not bowling. I would love to return to take advantage of their Early Bird Special at $4.75 per game which is a great deal from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on the weekend. League rate is $5.00 per game which is a steal, too (please note league must be hosted by Action Lanes to qualify). Bowling shoes are $5.00 per pair which isn't bad, but I have my own shoes so I don't need them. Please check out their other rates and promos online. When I was here, I had a wonderful conversation with Caleb. He was working behind the counter. Super friendly and nice young man. He gave me the scoop on which nights have leagues and when it was best to come here for best deals. Thanks Caleb! I didn't want to leave without supporting them. There's a boba shop inside the bowling alley, but they were closed at the time. I ended up buying one A&W Rootbeer from the vending machine. It wasn't a lot, but it was something. My husband and I ordered the popcorn chicken to share. As you can see from the photos, the attention to detail was there. From the golden brown color and seasoning on every piece. This was a perfect snack after an hour of bowling. I would order this again! Parking is shared with the other businesses in the plaza. It is large so you won't have to worry about not finding a spot. The business wasn't as busy when we came here during the week. There were a few lanes still open when we arrived. Overall, I recommend this spot. It was a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy and I asked about the prices which are 33 bucks per hour up to six players. We only wanted to play 1 game but they will prorate it once you start the game. The 2 of us quickly bowled a game and I went up to pay - it only came out to 9 bucks. Now that's more like it and we had a fun time.

Our visit a few days ago was completely different! The lanes have been fixed and are no longer bumpy which is a HUGE plus. I love the retro feel and the size of this bowling alley. The staff was very friendly as well. We went probably about 15 minutes after they opened and had the place to ourselves for about 20 minutes. It was awesome!
