I can't recommend Ivan enough! I wish everyone knew how good he is at his job! Our front yard irrigation wires got cut for some reason. Ivan and his team upgraded our panel, and also added new circuits for an induction range and an EV charger. In addition to doing a great job on those, on the day they were here, they quickly completed multiple other projects for us that stumped other contractors. They hid the wires from our mounted tv within a lath and plaster wall (another contractor tried for a much longer time unsuccessfully in the wrong part of the wall), and they fixed the alignment of our induction range to make it flush with the wall (they quickly saw that the original installer did not put in the anti tip bracket correctly, even though he said nothing could be done). I was very impressed at how quickly they diagnosed problems and solved them. They were incredibly efficient, and the cost was very reasonable compared to some other bids. I don't even know where or how to start. To be honest, I'm completely speechless at the quality, communication, and customer service. From the first point of contact until the end of the contract fulfillment, they were 10/10 amazing. Let's talk about the nitty gritty details. Product/Installation Quality: The difference between the old and new panel is night and day. Their work was flawless and they were very clean and considerate of our house and property. They were here for about two days. The first day was prep work for a few hours and the second day was for the actual installation, again for a few hours. They provided us with a back-up generator so that we could continue to do work (we plugged in our WIFI and computers). The panel so far is working great (will update later down the line as the panel is still new as of current). Communication & Reliability: Ivan returned my call within 24 hours after my first initial contact to reach out regarding replacing our old Zinsco electrical panel. We set a time/date for his first visit. He showed up on time. From there, we discussed the costs and estimate, and workplan for this project. Again, times and dates were discussed and including what steps were needed: SMUD, prep work, panel replacement, and stucco repair. Everything and every step of this process was communicated very clear from the beginning. SMUD came when Ivan said they would be. Not only that, but Ivan made a point to always communicate when someone would be coming out; whether himself or SMUD, ahead of time. That was an incredibly kind gesture. Every step of the way, they've shown us how reliable they were. Just a gem to work with. Ivan doesn't need another five star review but I can't help but give him one. We bought a house in Roseville that had such poor lighting it was like a dark cave. High End Electric spent four days upgrading our house lighting. He installed 4" ceiling can lighting in multiple rooms, LED light bars in closets, two chandeliers that I bought including one that required a ladder for installation in a stairwell, a plug for my car charger, cut the walls to add outlets where I wanted them and removed ones I didn't want, removed an old ADT security system and replaced with a Ring security system and flood lights, replaced dimmer switches and added Wi-Fi enabled switches, and changed out all the wall plates so that everything would be matching. He also exchanged fluorescent lighting in our closet and garage for LED lights and moved a ventilation fan in our laundry room so we could add more cabinets. He was patient with my perfectionistic nature and many questions (mostly because I'm curious and like to learn). He and his team showed up on time and worked from 8 AM to 5 PM with only a brief break for lunch. I wish all contractors could be as professional and reliable. On top of that, he doesn't overcharge like some electricians in this area do. He also referred me to someone who did an excellent job with drywall repairs. read more
