Terrible customer service, I got a new radio station installed and after a few months it didn't work. we brought it in and the employee was completely useless, all he kept saying was he didn't know anything and then the owner tried helping. the owner was nice but provided the most ridiculous solutions which was super frustrating. you can definitely find more professional places to trust your car with. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They don't work with pride nor do they have professionals installing the window tints. Almost all of my windows have small bubbles and my front window tint has bubbles near the rear view. I have gone back 3 different times and they continue to tell me that it is normal and its better to leave it then to put a new tint. I know this is false because iv'e had front windshield tint on all of my cars for over 35 year's now. I 100% REGRET my decision in giving them a chance with my car. On top of it all they were just talking bad about another reputable company, professionals don't do that. I'm very upset and will never return nor recommend anyone here. read more

The staff made it very easy and simple to understand the different options I had. There prices are fair, customer service is great, and they work very efficient as the service took about an hour and a half. Don't take your car to this establishment. Doing good work is more than just placing tints on windows. In the process of installing tints on my car, the installers at High Grade left black pen marks on my red Sport seats. Additionally, I had a new shirt hanging behind the driver seat. When I returned to the car the shirt was of the hanger and thrown on the floor of the car. The next day when I realized the shirt had black stains on it as if it had been stepped on with dirty shoes. The person at the front desk tried to clean the seats when I complained but did a half job of recovering the damage. He asked me to return when he had the right products. Major inconvenience of time which could be prevented if the installers operated as professionals, not slobs. Overall sloppy work. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. I went to get my fiance's tints done for his birthday and decided on this location because of the great Yelp reviews. Just like others I had a good experience. I felt comfortable in the office that was professional looking and clean, while the owner was extremely personable! I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for the car and was fit in to a 3 pm spot. The tints were estimated to take about 2 hours so I ventured over to the strip mall about a half mile down the road where there were stores and places to eat (but you can wait in the office). The time passed quickly and the tints were finished around 6:15 so the job took a little over 3 hours. Honestly, they look great and the company stands by the products they use. If any air bubbles were to form or the product wasn't to hold up they offer a warranty to replace it. I waited about a week before writing this to make sure I didn't encounter any issues and the tints still look great! All the windows on the vehicle cost around $150 and then they charged an additional $30 for the front strip on the windshield. I know there are places that charge less, but those tints are normally cheaper and end up bubbling up over time. I'd rather invest in the tints being done the right way the first time then having to replace them annually (which would end up costing the same amount as just getting them done correctly the first time). Whenever I decided to do the tints on my car I will definitely be revisiting! read more

Made an appointment yesterday for this morning at 930AM, being in the military and having a good work ethic I arrived ON TIME! Unfortunately I can't say the same for this "business owner", who arrived 20 minutes later. I even gave them some extra time to settle in before walking in. When I walked in I mentioned my 930 appointment in which they looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language (actually in Miami, English IS a foreign language) they insisted that I had not only called the wrong number, but that I was also at the wrong location. Lmao! I took my phone out and repeated the business phone number out loud in which they confirmed that I did in fact call them. Finally the confused and disoriented "owner" remembered our conversation yesterday. We proceeded outside to talk business and all I heard was how much work my request would entail, never mind he's getting paid for it. Then he begins to give me a lesson in road safety in regards to dark window tint. I got in my car and left, I have no idea how people in Miami stay in business with such poor work ethic. Skip it! Excellent service! I was in and out. I don't know about the other reviews that said that the employees here were rude, I personally did not have that encounter. They were honest and up front, they matched my new car's tints and within a couple of minutes they were already printed and ready to go, yes, I said printed! These guys ask for the model of your vehicle, they pull up all your widows via a program in a computer attached to an industrial printer/cutter. They feed the tint and within seconds the film is ready to be placed. I highly recommend this shop from now on for all your car needs. read more

We recently took our five year old vehicle into High Grade to have the old tints removed as they were peeling and causing issues with lowering and raising the windows (they were installed elsewhere) Santiago was very personable and professional from start to finish, including over the phone when I initially called. He provided us with all pertinent pricing and warranty information and assured us that everyone pays the same prices and he told several customers the same thing as I sat in the waiting room. We wanted to insure that the one of the window motors wasn't defective, so we left the tint off and returned the following day to have new tint installed. We are very particular and detail oriented and we were very pleased with the installation of our tint. Our vehicle was left clean both after the removal and installation, which we really appreciated. I made a Yelp account to write this. I've been coming to High Grade and Sound quite a couple of times to keep upgrading my sound system on my Camry. Santiago, the owner, has been nothing but courteous, patient and professional the entire time. Santiago, helped me pick out My components for the sound system from sub to tweeters. He also gave me a great deal on a security alarm to replace my old busted one. He even went out of his way to accommodate some extra things I wanted to do that really weren't within the scope of work. The prices were very competitive and all within my budget. He even looked up prices for me on tires and rims Ricardo, the man that installed the system, did an amazing job running the cables and explaining to me what he was doing step for step. Santiago's shop is very clean, organized and the staff are really friendly and great to talk to. If you are looking for good work, great service and an amazing sound system then High Grade Sound and Security is the place I'd recommend. Hands down, no hesitation.
