My mother with dementia ended up going to an emergency room, and then immediately to a memory care facility. Regardless of the fact that we did not see this coming, extended family home care continued to bill for 2 weeks worth of services which was about 1,200+ only because they were not notified of cancelling services. We had two other home care agencies providing services and neither one of them had this unethical billing policy. On top of that, some of the caregivers did not seem to provide quality care. And also had inconsistent caregiving services, with some cancelling last minute or did not even had the right skill level to care for my mother.

Let's just say I haven't had a great experience with home health care until I found Magnolia and Medina, John and Larry. My experience has been above my expectations. They deliver quality home health care. If you think your aide is good, they will get you someone that you think is fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about the last 6 months.
