We had one caregiver for a month who moved away suddenly, and that transition was handled smoothly by Rachel and her team. We ended up working with the agency from late August 2020 through mid-March 2021, and our caregiver Linda became a member of our family. I could not recommend this agency highly enough. Throughout any billing, long term care insurance, scheduling, or other logistical challenge they handled all the difficult parts. Our caregiver Linda always followed covid protocols and was a friendly and engaging presence. Linda worked with both of my parents when they lived with us and did an amazing job juggling a complex set of care needs and personalities. I could not have been happier working with EFHC and Linda.
