I feel that if you are looking up reviews on a minor baseball stadiums which ever division, you already understand the basics of the sporting event you are interested in. So let me answer some questions I had. Call with anything you have to ask, as the staff is very friendly and competent in answering. It is the same ticket price for all (in said section price you choose), other than toddlers -- they are free. Parking? Well, you know how it goes, so get there early. Lots get coned off after game starts, even with open spaces. Park at your own risk. The playground is beside the batting cage. They have a bouncy house that is attended but there is no one to attend and "injury guard" at the playground. The kids are unruly, no parents in sight. And I mean, if they were? -- I didn't let my kids play there tonight. Seating aisles are very tight, like, old school stadium tight. Other than playground, I have no major qualms, but this is not the stadiums fault. I guess? Would have just liked to have a little bit of refereeing. Food is your good ol' classics. Would like to see some growth, but there is a great up and coming food mall right next door, Blessing Park (I think). Which also provides a splash park, this is explained on the website. Everything entree, side, & adult bevs pretty much runs about $8, of course snacks a bit cheaper. Beside the HPU vintage section, you may enjoy cocktails and wine, as well in a bit more relaxed and roomy environment. Very clean facility; maintenance working the whole time with smiling faces and happy to converse. Friendly staff and volunteers all around. Merchant shop and the High Pint both super awesome. This new stadium is absolutely beautiful! It's the first time I've ever encountered a fully turf field for a baseball game before (including the infield, mound and everything) but you can't argue with how it looks, and it seems the players are happy with how it plays as well. Beyond just the looks of everything being pristine and new, the stadium has a good amount of amenities for a smaller park, specials on ticket packages for many occasions, and some decent food. I've been to three games here, and each time was very happy with my seats. Right now, most games have a lot of seats available, so once you're in you can kind of maneuver to get the angle you want. Either way, you won't find a bad seat in the house, and in the outfield there is plenty of room for standing and watching as well. The Rockers are an independent baseball club, meaning they aren't a farm team for a major league program. There are several interesting things about this, chief of which is that you'll see guys with MLB experience mixed in with guys who have never played at a level higher than this one. Scores can get out of control sometimes, but two of the three games I attended were played close and relatively clean. Finally, with independent baseball, remember the team has to support itself financially in full. Some items are more expensive than at affiliated clubs, but nothing at least to my eye, is outrageous. Last thing, on fireworks nights, thanks to the turf field... they let the fans out onto the field to watch the show! That is a really cool experience, and one that you won't want to miss if you have kids that are learning about baseball. read more

This was my first time going to a game here so I didn't know what to expect. We got one of the last handicapped spots in front of the stadium. The visitors team bus took up 4 or 5 spots. We went in the home place gate witch was up a large ramp that worked out good for me because there where no steps. The stadium was very nice and well laid out. We where in section 103 that was along the third base line. We had really good seats. The food we had while there was good and the staff here went above and beyond what they had to do. It was breast cancer awareness night and the home team was wearing there pink jerseys. We left early but we had a great time while we where there. I will definitely consider going back soon. read more

Went last Friday for a game for the first time and really enjoyed seeing the stadium and team. We even met Hype the Horse aka their mascot!! Stadium - soooo nice, well built and clean!!! Staff was extremely welcoming, the sweetest man greeting us at the entrance who loved my clear purse so then he didn't have to dig through to search it! Stadium is super family friendly of course but plenty of neat activities for kids such as the playground, "batting cage" area, big climbable rock and super friendly players willing to talk to and sign autographs down first base line. They had the typical activities like dizzy bat and the air bubble wrestle too and fireworks at the end of the game! Food/Drinks - plenty of food/drink options on the main sides of the stadium and even serve liquor to any attendee (of age of course) which at the Grasshoppers you can only get liquor at the suite level. We got the Chili cheese fries and the rocker hot dog which was a "jumbo" hotdog and def thicker than normal with a side of fries that had a super tasty BBQ type seasoning salt on them. Chili cheese fries were good too - not the nasty yellow cheese but instead a tasty white queso looking cheese but the hot dog wasn't the typical baseball hotdog plus it was burnt/way overcooked so I didn't eat all of it and probably wouldn't order that one again (it was at Pitchin' Kitchen so not sure if they have different ones at the other food stations). One interesting thing is there's plenty of seating all around the stadium, even access behind center field WHICH includes a vintage seat section that has old seats from famous MLB stadiums ie Yankees and all around which is cool for different views and it's one story - so unlike the Greensboro Grasshoppers that has the suite level. The Rockers has their VIP suites on the same level but the stadium is still spacious even being one story. Great location right off Elm off Main Street which is being built up all around and plenty of parking, free street and paid lots which we paid $3 and was at the lot right across the street from the box office. Overall good experience and look forward to going back to cheer the HP Rockers on! read more

I was treated to a Fathers Day at the ballpark. We enjoyed two games and fireworks to top the night off. Seats ranged from $6 in the leathers to $18 Loge box seats. The Loge seats are VERY comfortable. Most of the seats in the park are OK and cost $11. The food court was pretty basic: burgers, hot dogs, fries, popcorn, peanuts and cotton candy. The only regional treat I could see was a hand cart offering Mayflower Ice Cream. The Rockers are a nice addition to the High Point community. I look forward to seeing more unique food treats being added to the venue in the future. read more

What a wonderful first time experience. A great park with very cozy seats. A very pleasing fan experience. The Team enhances the fan participation in between innings with zany contests. Concessions ok. Need to freshen burgers and make sure fries are fresh and hot. Poor showing 10 minutes after gate opens---expect better. One request: Whoever sings National Anthem---the singer should now the words, not need their IPhone as a teleprompter. Look at you video from 7/29 game. Very friendly staff and easy parking. We have had so many great experiences here and last night was no exception. Parking was close, abundant, and easy. It really feels like a very curated and pleasant experience. Every employee we encountered was so nice. We've been to lots of Hoppers and Dash games and I just feel like HP has cornered the market for me. The Rockers are fun to watch and the whole experience is less chaotic and even a little less expensive. Even the merch is less expensive. I picked up a great looking tee for $20. Even the announcements seem more relevant and less obtrusive than you experience elsewhere. Loved the overall vibe, with fans making up chants and everyone around joining in. VERY pleased with the craft beer selection! Great selection of hot dog options for only $5 each. I got chili, onions, and slaw and my husband got pulled pork and slaw. He actually said it was the best hot dog he ever had and I'm kicking myself for not getting a pic. It's hard to imagine a Rockers night out getting any better but a food hall is about to open adjacent to the park. Can't wait! Well done, High Point. read more

This review is strictly from someone who is not an avid sports fan of any kind. Oddly enough, I have visited the High Point Stadium and the Grasshoppers Stadium in Greensboro and I prefer this one much better! The game itself is baseball, not much else to say on that lol. We did lose the night I visited but the overall experience was super fun! The parking is easy, the gate is accessible and the facility is not overly huge. There is a play area for smaller kids, and it looked pretty fun. The merchandise is definitely overpriced and I hate that I could not support the local team because of this. There are special nights that the beer is $1 but I'm not sure what night that is. Overall, super fun! Oh yeah, and I caught a ball! Lol read more

What a beautiful stadium. Everyone is super friendly and the stadium is extremely clean. A few different concessions stand as well as ice cream carts and an icee snow cone food truck. Very affordable as well. Lots of on field activities and prizes. The decor in the team store was my favorite, very unique idea. Team store also has a bar inside with tap beer. Highly recommend a visit to the stadium and support the local independent league. read more

We went Father's Day weekend because they had a special on tickets & food. On the website it stated 4 seats & drinks & chips & a baseball for $44. When I picked up the vouchers it didn't include the chips. I asked an employee about it & the response I got back was I don't know. The facility is very nice but the merchandise is ridiculously overpriced. We collect the mini bats & I couldn't believe they charged $15 for it. $8 is the most we have paid elsewhere & they are better looking. read more
