When we started to get close to go time, we heard from him promptly with details on the plan, and he regularly checked in with us to keep us informed as the process unfolded. He also provided great advice on how to choose the right colors for what we wanted to have done, and it was clear he wanted us to take care with that process so we'd really love how it looked when it was done. Keith is easy to work with, listens well and did a fantastic job translating our vision to reality. We have a Spa level master bath now and we love it. Their timeliness was spot on, we did have the usual shipping delays (especially during the flooding earlier this year in Snohomish County) but as soon as thing came in they were on top of it and got things installed very quickly, The flooding added about a week to the timeline. Its been about 3 months since they finished and we have had no issues. We liked their work so much that we retained them to remodel our Guest Bathroom and again no issues and they were a pleasure to work with.
