7-YRS later and we're still having issues with service. About FEB 2024, it was time to replace the carbon filter in our soft water home system. When tech came over for our appt he did not have the filter and had to schedule another date. When he arrived for the carbon install weeks later, he made a big mess of powder carbon in my garage and driveway. When he left he said, "Just tell your husband it sweeps up easy or use a shop vac." Later we discovered that he installed the carbon wrong so our water was running with high carbon making our toilet bowls black. Another tech came out to supposedly fix the problem but did not. He cleaned out the toilet tanks and bowls. Checked the carbon instal and supposedly found the problem, but problem was still happening after he left. We were showering and using high carbon water for about 9 MONTHS. More recently NOV 2024 another tech came out to TRY to fix the carbon filter problem AGAIN. He was SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. He used my scrubbing brush in my garage laundry area to clean with. Took out my laundry area trash bag with trash in it. Put it on the side so he could use my trash can to put carbon water in from his repairs. Walked in my house from the garage w/out knocking. Scared me! He put a PIECE OF DIRTY EQUIPMENT on my laundry basket of dirty WHITE cloths. There was a $280 Dodger jersey on top that he put this dirty equipment on. He was so rude and trashy disrespectful demeanor. I called to ask for a manager other than Erika that I had been dealing with since the start. She said she's so sorry and admits that I have had a lot of wrong doings since we started as customers. She said, "We need to make this right. I'm having our main manager call you. It took him (AJ - salesman that sold to us, who is now a manager) almost a week to get in touch with me. When he talked to me he spoke as if we're going to chuckle about all of this, have some lemonade and move on. By the end of our conversation NOV 12, 2024 he said repeatedly "Your family is going to have top priority from now on. No more mistakes. You're getting special treatment. I'm sending you a $200 Home Depot gift card to make up for ruining the Dodger jersey and giving you free drinking filters at your next service. He does not realize or mention that it took 10-months for the carbon in our water to be fixed. He acted like the last tech really is normal service when I tried to explain each thing he did and he kept cutting me off to say he already knows I had bad service. He didn't want to hear it. A man (tech) walking into my house to him was not a bad thing. He questioned, "well, was it your front door or the garage door?" As if one of the doors was ok for one of the techs to walk in without asking. When I said garage he responded, "Well. Ok then. So you think he should've knocked?" Also, that I haven't even mentioned to Erika or AJ because there's always something and I'm so tired of it. They connected the water softener drain to a pipe in our garage that overflows when system regenerated each week. When I told the tech he told me to use Drano to clean it out. I did and it still overflows. So his solution was to clip the hose to my garage sink. There you go. A job he won't have to fix and wiped his hands of that problem. Today is DEC 29, 2024. We still have not received our promised Home Depot gift card. This whole company is a SCAM and they claim no other company can help us so we're stuck. read more

The purchase of RainSoft water treatment solution for my home was difficult as the costs were much higher than others and I was concerned about the installation process on a home I just built. First and foremost the costs are high but there is value in the purchase I believe it is a high quality system that will last a lifetime, and if it doesn't, has a lifetime warranty which I hope I will never use. The installation crew arrived on time, actually a few minutes early and began to assess the installation location and gave many suggestions. Important to note Daniel was the lead installer and very kind, knowledgeable and extremely tidy. He didn't look for the easy way to do the install but rather was open to what I felt would look best and provide the best access for service. I was very pleased with High Quality Water!!! Anytime I have to spend money on my house to fix something or add something new I am not looking forward to it. However they made the process as painless and enjoyable as it could be. The team was very professional. I'm pretty sure they actually left that area of my house cleaner than when they got there. Danny was awesome! He was very respectful, hard working, knowledgable, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what he was installing, went the extra step ensure it was the best installation option, explained how he would be installing our system, made sure I was happy with what he was going to do, and then took the time to explain my new Rain Soft system to me then to my husband (over the phone since he was out of town). AJ was amazing! He came into our home and explained to us in a fun and informative details on how our water could improve. We have two children and he included them in every "science experiment"! They got a kick out of watching the water turn colors, how the water tastes, the difference when washing their hands, etc. AJ took the time to answer all of our random questions with a smile on his face and without skipping a beat. Daniel did a great job installing our Rainsoft system! His work was spectacular and top quality! These guys will not cut any corners and you can trust them to do the job right! In fact he is so great that he request a second visit to help us get the right plumbing for the back yard for yard work since our water main was in front yard and it was difficult to hook up to hard water instead of soft. I can't say enough about Daniel and his team, this guy is a true professional and he even gave us tips about what we can change ourselves to improve our house and make sure we don't have any leaks or future problems. My husband met AJ at Home Depot and he came to our house to demonstrate RainSoft water purification. At first I was a little skeptical on it, but when AJ did his presentation and showed me how disgusting my water really is, I was sold. He even proved that our Brita filter didn't even help that much. Without the filtration system, it is basically sewer water that I was giving to my daughter, our dogs, brushing our teeth with...gross! We installed a very complete Rain Soft water system about fifteen months ago. I complained about what I thought was a bad taste and wrote what was certainly an undeserved response on Yelp. John at High Quality Water responded immediately and scheduled a response by a technition who changed filters, although they were probably not due to change, and did a very complete checkout of the system. I love these guys! We had a water filtration system installed and I could not be any happier. I can taste a significant difference in the quality of water I drink now from what I used to drink.
