    Great service, great company and great product. Not much more you can ask for. Hague Quality Water provided a very reasonable quote and Brett was very knowledgeable with the process and all items in his inventory. We went with one of their smaller water softener's, mainly due to the limited space, but we have not been disappointed. Also, something that is hard to explain, but there definitely is a different feel to the water when showering. I feel like a better man after I shower. Gives me great confidence and a better perspective on life. Best thing since The Clapper. The water filtration system has also been superb. The taste and convenience of having filtered water on hand makes it hard going forward without a water filtration system. I highly recommend and have recommended Hague Quality Water to many of my friends. Go with Hague Quality Water, It'll be one of the best decision you've made in your life.

    Nice spout with great water flow!

    My plumber recommended Hague and glad he did. Maybe the easiest transaction I've had, one phone call to Bert and it was installed the next day. Kinda seems pricey at first, but it's an all inclusive price that included an upgraded higher-pressure spout (about $250 online just for the spout.) I had bad experience with reverse osmosis (RO) systems in the past, I think everybody did, cheap thin tubing that always developed costly leaks under the sink. Not any more, and not with Hague's system, they promised me; they use the thick blue tubing rated to plumb whole houses with. I asked Bert to please send out the best technician and boy did he ever. Brett was maybe the best, friendliest, and most knowledgeable installer I've ever met (and I used to work in the home improvement industry.) He's been putting these in for literally decades, and it shows. He even drilled a hole in our granite countertop, no extra charge. Everything was explained, why I received the model 3500 (instead of the 6500 I saw on their site and ordered.) Apparently, it's been improved! (A bit confusing, they may want to pick a higher model number than the previous, if improved.) We've been buying expensive alkaline water at the store and humping the cases up the stairs. Our backs just couldn't take it anymore, so called Hager! Alkaline water is supposed to be healthier (who knows?) and it costs about triple regular bottled water. When I asked Brett about this he said no problem, he can put in an alkaline filter included in the price. Really? There is a slight sacrifice on taste, so Brett even said try it and if I wanted, he could come back out and put in a two- control spout and pick from alkaline and regular RO water! Just have to buy the double control spout, which isn't cheap. Still deciding, leaning toward doing this. My only room for improvement would to have been given the price for this upgrade up front, and not have to special order the spout, have one on the truck. I would have said yes. It's so liberating knowing our drinking water issues are solved. Call Hager Water Systems today, end your water worries and stop using plastic bottles. The birds and fish will thank you!

    First off let me start by saying these guys deserve 5 rows of 5 stars. Bert, Bret and Jordan should call themselves THE DREAM TEAM. Professional, Excellence, Prompt, Thorough AWESOME people who turned a bad experience in to a dream come true. Provided us a system 10 times better for almost half the cost of what Fidelis offered. Please, ANYONE needing a whole home water filtration, check out Hague first. I guarantee you wont get a better deal or service anywhere else.

    I have one good thing to say about this company, which is once the system is installed correctly it…read moreworks (not so sure yet on the system being advertised to clear up scale on the faucets just yet but I will update my review within 6 months of usage). Problems: 1. Sales person advertised that the system could be installed in the garage with no problem (mind you the actual techs were not present). - This was not the case as when the techs showed up, they indicated would need to dig across the entire property to install in my garage based on where my water main was located, thus my filter was installed outside which is subject to weather issues. They convinced me that they had some weatherproofing methods available and there would be a bypass installed in the event of freezing, etc. 2. The salesman (they will visit you) advertised that the technicians had all necessary tools to see existing structures/cables underneath the ground and if indeed they did hit anything they would repair it (to include sprinklers). - When the technicians arrived, they immediately started digging and asking questions that the sales person had the answer to the day prior. Puragain hit internet cables and sprinkler power cables. It took them 2 days, plus a couple of call backs (explain this in next one) to complete the installation. Installation was advertised to take half a day. Thus I spent New Year's Eve holding a flashlight to assist the team that was unprepared for the job. They arrived at 9:00am and left that night at 9:30pm. 3. Call backs: The technicians came unequipped to perform the work required the 1st time and tore up the yard during the installation. We called them out 3 times to pound back the soil and grass they removed during the installation. Additionally, they forgot to cut the water main back on after they claimed they were finished, thus we had no water flowing after about 5 minutes of trying to get the air out of the pipes as instructed. Thus they came back and cut that back on. Lastly, when I tested the sprinkler system, an immense pressure built up just underneath the filter and water blasted all the way up to the second story of my house (no damage to the house) but they had to come and fix that as well). 4. Sprinkler Issue: They were able to fix the pressure problem underneath the filters, reconnect the internet power cables successfully, but they severed my sprinkler power cables (~ $800), and still 2 zones in my front yard are not working. The ultimate worse thing is that Puragain said they would pay for the Sprinkler technicians required fixes (in writing). They have not paid a penny and it's been just short of two weeks in requesting a status on paying for an invoice to fix my two zones in my front yard and send us a check for the ~$800 when the service tech came out prior. The Heath TX City Manager, who is somewhat of an owner of Puragain, multiple responses to this issue has been that the invoice was sent over to Accounting (no payment) and that he had not heard back from Accounting. Bottom Line: I would never recommend this company to anyone at this time.

    We've used Quick Water Heater & Filtration Company twice now and have been very happy both times…read more Our first install was back in 2019 with Gregg and Jacob, and everything went smoothly. This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

We are loyal to our vendors/contractors as great workmanship is not always easy to come by. In the past Jacob, Erik, and others on the team were always professional, prompt, down to earth-- and all experts. They installed our 3 water heaters from them and a whole house filtration system. We have recommended them to our neighbors as well. Had the most uncomfortable conversation with owner Brandon who we've never interacted with in the past. Shockingly rude. I even said, "sounds like I caught you at a bad time" - yikes. A top contender for most negative and weird vibes from a sales/client interaction. This call happened after a slightly frustrating visit with Ben who admitted he only has 1 year of experience and was trying to keep up as best as he could. He was actively trying to learn on the spot. He was honest which I commend. Ben left saying he needs an actual technician present along with the owner's help to develop a more solid option and plan to move forward. Not a problem at all. It must be frustrating being an expert in your field having to speak about the same products and concepts with home owners who are relearning different/new systems on the fly. But if customer service is not your forte, stick to delegating and take hospitality courses so your loyal customers don't feel like they have to be apologetic for having questions on a $11k quote. Sadly, a "could have been better" 2/5 star experience, wish we could stick with them. Pro tip, maybe ask to exclusively interface with the seasoned members of their crew with 5+ years of experience so you avoid any negativity and can actually get the work you need done.

Constatine responded very quickly and came to the house to give a quote. He was extremely nice and explained our options without trying to up sale. Pricing was fair and competitive with the other companies we had contacted. We decided to go with Water Purifaciions Systems due to their quick response, great communication, past reviews, workmanship, and their competitive pricing. On the day of install, Constantine and his team arrived when they said they would. Their work was efficient, clean, and custom. We did encounter one issue, but they rolled with it and resolved the issue with no problems. They cleaned up after themselves and went over the system in detail with us. They were patient and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Water Purification Systems for your water treatment needs here in San Diego County.     Title: Still outstanding after all these years -- WPS delivers every time…read more I left a glowing review for Water Purification Systems over six years ago, and I'm happy to say they're still just as excellent today. Recently, I woke up in the middle of the night to find no water running in my house -- a total shock. (To be clear, this was not WPS's fault.) First thing in the morning, I called them in a panic. They answered promptly, walked me through how to get the water back on, and came out the very next day for maintenance. This review is for their continued care and stellar service over the years. I've had the pleasure of working with Eugene at WPS, and he is consistently professional, respectful, and incredibly competent. He explained that a power outage can disrupt the system's timing, and he patiently taught me how to adjust it so this doesn't happen again. Eugene is thorough, kind, and always delivers top-tier service. I just want to say again how much I recommend this company -- they truly go above and beyond.
