They insisted on selling me a full set of tires when I told them no and they tried to replace the single for a few hundred $ but I also told them no to that and when I went in they literally had a new tire on it when I never approved of that. Between the mishaps and the miscommunication from this crew, it was way too much. I'm a long time customer and have consistently brought my vehicles to Dobbs locations throughout the St. Louis County area and this is my first time at this location and I will not be back. I went to have my two headlights replaced on my Chevy Trax. I went in because of all the good…read morereviews, and on their website said they would be more economical than the dealer. At first, they told me they would have to pull the bumper to get to the lights. And they pulled into the bay, came into the waiting room and told me that that was not the case told me would be $238.65. Since they already had it in the bay, I told him to go ahead. Took them about 40 minutes. When I got the bill, it was $185 for labor & $49.98 for the two lights. A few days later I happen to be driving by the dealer and ran in to see what it would cost. It was $162.00 that included labor and two lights. So I dropped into Legacy And questioned the bill. I was basically told I could've shopped somewhere else or told them to pull the car when they told me the price. I figured they'd at least try to match it but they didn't. So I won't be going back if I have to pay dealer prices I'll go to the dealer. They were friendly enough, just not up front and honest. Like I said, according to their website, their prices are better than the dealers. That's definitely not true.
