We gotta realize most of these "5star" reviews are because people get stuff for free. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! So much space, such little product. I didn't get a FTP deal, and their CC machine charges $5! I think the right term is nickel and dime you. Everything in "front of house" is for show. I've never been to a dispensary like High Seas. The minute you walk in, it's as if you're a VIP. The lighting is soft; it smells good, and everyone is smiling, including the beautiful digital greeter. They offer you a coffee or kombucha immediately and then you're immediately welcomed into the dispensary where you can touch and smell products, and see the packaging. They have aquariums! And next to the aquariums is an iPad with info about the fish. It's so soothing to watch the fish. Some brands there are really cool and I haven't seen elsewhere. My favorite was these chocolate truffles, and they also had my favorite cannabis tea. It's like an Apple Store. When you're ready to buy, the budtender on the floor will put your order in, and when you get to the register, everything is waiting for you, packaged up in a really beautiful bag. First time here. Everyone was really nice and inviting. The lobby is great, they have kombucha on tap and fresh coffee from a local coffee shop. This place looks fancy AF. But the people they have working are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Lesly C. Helped me and my partner find what we needed. And she was quick and not in a way that was pushy. I have been coming here for a couple of months now and I think I'm done shopping here. Let's start with the budtenders, they are slow and do not know anything about weed besides smoking it gets you high. They fired the budtender that actually knew what he was talking about and replaced him with people who do not know anything about the products. Not only are the poorly informed, they are so so so slow. You'll walk in and it takes 10 minutes to get seen and another 10 for them to go find the weed. Just a poorly run system. Now let's talk about quality, a lot of the time the weed is super old and dry, we are talking packaged last summer ( don't buy the 710 labs lol ). Why even hold onto product that long - signs of a struggling business. The coolest part of this place are the aquariums and fish tanks but their fish keep getting sick and dying but i am not surprised since they can't even take care of their weed. If possible just go shop somewhere else. read more

But if you're just looking to score some good weed at a reasonable price quickly, DO NOT GO HERE. 20 employees walking around showing newbies everything under the sun, while you languish in the lobby. Wow!!! All I have to say is 10/10. One of the most beautiful dispensaries I've ever been to. It genuinely felt like a museum. To top it off, they have CLEAN, nice smelling, public bathrooms. I've never seen a bathroom at a dispensary before which always sucks. Also it wasnt busy really, we had to wait a little bit in the room separate from the products while they helped a couple other customers but I didn't mind at all. It was so beautiful in there and a lot to look at. They also offer you beverages while you wait which I thought was awesome. After you wait somebody comes out and grabs you to give you a 1on1 shopping experience. They walk you through and really find what you're looking for. In my opinion, it felt less awkward and pressured compared to somebody standing behind a counter waiting for you to make a decision. And the employees are very nice and patient. Pricing on the other hand, I understand is a little bit higher than other places but not by much. I actually got my product for less compared to other places. I've never seen a dispensary like High Seas, a veritable museum of marijuana. It's pristine and pretty with some really cool tech and a clear nautical theme that includes some really impressive aquariums. Thats about where it ends for me, unfortunately. With only one budtender on hand, we weren't even allowed to enter the main shop floor while she was tending to someone else. So we stood there. A while. (And if I was offered cold brew or Kambucha one more time I would have a screamed.) This was the first time I've been to a dispensary with this many brands but that was an issue when I'd ask about a particular strain or flavor and they only had 2-3 and never the one I wanted. Perhaps if they had fewer brands with more options it would be better? I don't know. It was also annoying to have to ask the price of every single thing and then wait for the tender to look it up. We finally got bored of asking and stopped shopping to just get what we had at that point. In the end, we appreciated the free samples but not the disorganized check out. She forgot things and had to go back for different things. Alas. Anyway, I know it's a new location and they're finding their footing, but my immediate advice would be posting prices and letting people into the room. And no, for the love of god, I do not want cold brew nor Kambucha. read more
