Mistakes happen but it's how it's handled and a no refund or even partial refund policy causes reviews like this. The only one that has knowledge in this store at least today is the manager. Didn't get her name, but she would not refund me after two of her employees gave me wrong information when I came in asking for Cbd for my dad to help him sleep and that I use the one with THC for myself, but I didn't want that for my dad and he laughed and he still gave me the one that had the THC.
