Clean space, nice lighting, some solid artwork. Layout's open, semi-waiting room, and you usually get your own budtender. Some glass and other goodies. The brands aren't too diverse. That said, the vibe's kind of flat. Staff comes off low-energy, borderline uninterested. No real spark, no real push. If I were running a place like this, I'd want the team hyped about the product(s) , actually guiding with knowledge not just pointing and ringing up. Security's chill, but posted up like a lawn ornament. Feels like the whole operation could use a little more polish. It's not bad, just... meh. Convenient? Yes. Memorable? Not really. I've been to this location several times, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to disappoint. Yesterday, I said hello to the guy checking IDs at the front, and he completely ignored me, no eye contact, no response. This isn't the first time that's happened either. It creates an uncomfortable vibe right from the start. I really want to support local businesses, but when the staff acts like you're invisible, it makes the entire experience feel cold and unwelcoming. There are plenty of other dispensaries in the area with friendlier service. I won't be returning unless things change. read more

This place is managed terribly. The staff half the times don't know what there talking about. I came in to buy an ounce of LAX flower and tried to buy some JEETERS as well the bud tender told me I max out my limit for the day. I said that's impossible because I buy the same amount at every shop I go to. Budtender grabs the manager some girl with black hair in the morning and she told me I was maxed out as well. Funny that they don't even know the limit rules a customer can pick up I tried to tell her infused pre rolls are concentrates in California she proceeded to tell me it wasn't. This place reminded me exactly why I don't like to try new places out LOL. I'll stick to catalyst where they actually have 420 knowledge. read more

Came here on 9/24/23 to have a look around and perhaps buy some legal Marijuana for my own personal use. I was warmly immediately greeted and began the check in process and before you knew it I was inside the store and ready to look around. They have many different choices for marijuana flower and just about everything marijuana related. My customer representative made some great suggestions, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I made my purchase and because I'm a first time customer they gave me a discount that definitely brought the price down. I'm not trying to be rude, but this place is a straight up scam. Gives out large coupons and fake free carts to try to lure you in, tried to charge me $50 for 7g of weed WITN THE 80% off. Only takes cash, atm charges $5. Bad prices, shady workers, I'd try somewhere else. I also asked if they would show me my total and she leaned the screen over and refused to let me actually look. I came in to check out a few products, staf was great no issues there...However when it came to Taylor. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable but incredibly defensive, There was a little mixup with some products I had bought. No harm no foul. When I went back to return a product (not knowing the no return policy) Taylor VERY defensively told me that she cannot give me a refund, she said "it's like buying alcohol here you can't get a refund" it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was super sweet, super cool about it but man Taylor's guard was up the minute I said the word return. Like calm down, please relax, I'm not coming at you Taylor. I don't think that was very professional and once again it made me feel uncomfortable. Taylor is super knowledgeable, but really needs to work on not being defensive toward customers.
