My husband and I went there last night after I placed an online pick up order. We had never been to this specific location and it was close to closing time. I called while we were a few minutes out to make sure we'd still be good to come in and receive the order. The lady on the phone told me I would be able to receive my order if I made it in the next 4 minutes before 9:30pm. When we made it inside, a minute or two before 9:30pm, we were greeted by the security guard who immediately made snarky comments about us coming in right before closing. Then, as the receptionist was checking us in, the security guard walked through the door and came back to say that we weren't able to go in because we were first time costumers at this location. I then explained that we called and they said it would be okay for us to come in if we made it in time, which we did. Then the security guard proceeds to make more snarky comments like "you had all day". I then also explained that it was just a pickup order that is already packaged up and ready for us. The security guard again began with more snarky comments. Meanwhile the receptionist is refusing any kind of help even though we were told to come in. I was never able to talk to the lady who told me to come in. The costumer service at this location is awful. As the first people costumers see, receptionist and security guards should have the upmost costumer service. As well, as first time costumers, I would think your establishment would want people to come back again. Anyways, shout out to Off The Charts Costa Mesa for taking care of us after that and always being so kind to us from the person that greets you at the door till the moment you walk out. read more

Can't recommend this specific location enough. The manager here was extremely nice in helping me out with an issue. Even after working close to an 18hr shift she still took the time and consideration to go above and beyond for me and I am absolutely grateful. what a horrible experience the general manager decided to come out and warn me that she would not be giving me a refund for her defective product. I was given an exchange and outside of the location. I tested the exchange only to find out. It was not working as well I went back inside and was told, you're not gonna get another exchange so I'm being blamed for their defective product. I'll never come back here again and I advised that if you go here do not purchase any vapes. I'm a general manager manager myself and if something is wrong with the product. I will reach out to my upper management to make sure the customer gets the best service and prod provided! You guys made a mistake and we're not willing to own up to it, you've lost.
