The manager and employees do not have their finger on the pulse of what the customers want They keep in stock things that do not sell yet the things that consistently sell out they do not order more of also they have been out of shopping bags for at least the last three weeks and then try to charge you with a vitamin Shoppe bag that you have to pay for like it is somehow the customer's fault that they can't get plastic bags. Old management was way better. I would suggest you go to the Georgetown location as you will be treated better and they will probably have what you're looking for in stock. Whereas this location will not corporate needs to rethink their management decision at this location.

He actually takes the time to talk through what you're looking for and make suggestions. The shop itself is clean, well-stocked, and easy to browse. And the flower? Solid quality.
