When I'm there it's on me to ask for the pressure level I want, so if you remember that, it's a good experience. Clean room, towels, and chairs, quiet, dark room. For me it's perfect.

Before my appointment, the front desk called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later, and I happily accommodated their request by arriving for a 4:30 PM appointment. My massage therapist, Mike, didn't actually begin my massage until around 4:40 PM and finished at 6:00 PM, so I received only about 80 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I paid for. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my massage was. I explained that I didn't receive the full 90 minutes. Instead of apologizing or looking into it, she simply asked whether I wanted to pay by cash or credit. Even though I didn't receive the full service, I still left a 15% tip. To my surprise, the front desk then asked if I could tip more. I explained that I hadn't even received the full massage I paid for and was already tipping on the full amount. Being asked to increase my tip under those circumstances was inappropriate and honestly left me speechless. Only after I raised the issue again did she say she would check the cameras and speak with the therapist. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing 10 minutes of my massage--it was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service afterward. As someone who has supported this business in the past, I expected much better. I hope management reviews what happened and improves how situations like this are handled because this experience has made me think twice about returning.

This room is dimly lit and quiet. All phones must be turned off. Each table has a curtain that can be drawn around it. The staff was not using the curtains when we were there. My friend and I were here on the weekend before Christmas. We called ahead and were able to get an appointment together in 10 minutes. I had a 60 min foot massage and she had a 60-minute combo body/foot. I like very firm pressure and the man assigned to me was pretty good. I'd give him 5 stars on the pressure and 3 on his knowledgeability of reflexology points. The combo massage was a great massage. It was done clothes on. I'm not sure if they do one clothes off. The price is extraordinary for what you get. We will definitely go again!

We were directed to put our shoes etc in a little basket by the bed. Our "therapists"introduced themselves and gave us each a hot water filled basin for our feet. As we lay back to get comfortable with soothing music in the background, we were covered with towels and a cloth over our eyes. First the arms and the hands, then the feet and legs. And after turning over, it was the neck, shoulders and entire back. My therapist had strong hands and reached every muscle knot. Some I didn't even knew I had. On the screens was all the rooms and massages going on. Very strange? I'm not from the area so i'm sure what is allowed in terms of legality with these places. But was definitely lingering in my friend and I's mind throughout the massage. During the massage I asked if they provided cupping therapy, mind you, there are two massage therapists in the room. Both answer no. Then comes the scrub, very relaxing but only my back side? Very weird considering it's listed as a FULL body scrub. But alright, no complaints still from my end. Post massage my friend tells me she also got her whole backside scrubbed despite choosing a different package. At this point we still are very chill because the massage was amazing. So we go up to checkout, I checkout first. I addressed the HALF body scrub I received politely and questioned why they didn't do my FULL body including front side. I'm sorry I received half of the service I payed for, and was given incorrect information on their services. I still do a custom tip. After I entered my amount the manager goes "She didn't do a good job? It was a bad massage?" I was like no the massage was amazing I loved it. Then she goes "She works very very hard" (the massage therapist). The manager was the one speaking to us and the one who checked us in and out. The outright pressure to tip more was so inappropriate. So weird. To be so comfortable to assume someone's means even after I gave her feedback on what I didn't receive and didn't like from my experience? Also no shade or hate to the massage therapists they were very sweet, just misinformed. Anyway, she scoffs and her whole attitude from that point on was just switched and honestly rude. The manager gives us no goodbyes, no thank yous, no have a nice day, just waves us out. She would not lighten her pressure when I asked, but her technique was effective and I left feeling better. Just know going in that communication in the rooms is limited. They tend to work the way they want to work. My second visit is why I am leaving a mediocre review. I came in specifically requesting upper back and neck only, as I am dealing with numbness and tingling in my hand and know my neck is out of alignment. I said this at the start and repeated it during the session. Instead, the therapist began with my hips, moved to my legs and feet, and spent more time on my lower body. She did some decent shoulder work, but in a 30 minute massage I would estimate only about 10 minutes were spent on the area I specifically asked for. Twice. Additionally, and I hate to say this, but there was a soft burping during the session with a strong food odor following, that made it difficult to relax. I do not want to write this place off entirely because visit one showed real skill. It seems very clean and the rooms are quite well done. But if you have a specific area of concern or an injury, be aware that your requests may not be honored. For a general relaxation massage you may have a better experience.
