The dress style they cater is youth focused. I'm not saying this store is not for older folk but depending on style preferences, it may or may not be what you're into. Although my mom didn't find a winner, I will say the dresses are beautiful but I'd like to reemphasize with a disclaimer, they are prom and pageant focused. I can't seem to pinpoint their 2022 entry level pricing but on average, most of the tickets I saw tend to run in the mid $400s. I didn't see a dedicated parking lot. It's a beautiful warm and humid day in Chicago and the walk was good. The place is very quaint and small but well lit for shopping. It's a woman's boutique specializing in European clothing. The major designer is Solar and I have not heard of it, but designs are suited for a dressier woman. Thankfully that counts me in as I work in an office where jeans are not allowed and it's conservative so the weekends I can go casual. Back to the store the sizes are European and the lady at the counter (I am assuming is the owner) was very kind to tell me that 34 is usually x-small, 36 is small and 38 is medium. I'm usually a medium but some of her clothing allow for a 34 when I tried on a pair of white slacks. It had a great fit, but buying white is difficult because the material may be more revealing than you might like. Her clothes has many price points as she indicated and sales from the previous season is 20% off. Her summer selection drove me to walk in full of blight yellows, pink, and orange. Peeking in, the store was beautifully maintained with a wide array of men's clothing, coats and accessories. My wife and I were greated by Antonio, one of the managers and we spent awhile looking at the various items. Apparently. Rodd & Gunn is a well established and venerable New Zealand company even though it was new to us. I am used to shopping for menswear on Oak Street in Chicago, but I think I have a new supplier in the rotation. My wife spotted a very nice jacket and Antonio immediately secured the correct size for us from the storeroom. It fit very well and I was very tempted to purchase it, but my wife made excuses as to why I shouldn't, so we left empty handed. It turns out that she had aspirations to sneak back and purchase it for my birthday next month! I felt badly ruining her surprise, but a few days later I mentioned ordering it and she decided to take a trip with me to the mall to pick it up. Susan (or Susie- I'm bad with names) helped my wife purchase it for me. Both Susan and Antonio treated us with courtesy, friendliness and helped us make our way around the store. I know I will be back as I noticed some very nice pullover sweaters at a very reasonable cost. I found the prices to be fair, the styles to be current and the quality highly satisfactory. I've been wearing the jacket for a few days and I am very satisfied.

Alex was the person that helped me with my orthotic shoe inserts which to be quite honest an easy breezy technique. First you chose the type of insoles you wanted depending on arch and cushion support then Alex slipped the pair into a machine to heat them up for 3 minutes then the insoles were transferred to a machine where you had to step on top of them for a minute with your weight! The results were your new custom impressions on your insoles!!! Stop in and have yours made for any shoe. Your joints will thank you!!

We started with one salesman who needed to leave and then turned over to another, so since we were first online and had to wait because there were 6 people and only 2 salesmen. One salesman spent time with a young girl and sat with her for a while while we were handed boxes. The service was awful, and I noticed two people left because they had no assistance. We have purchased from here numerous times and would have left if I didn't have my cash points. We will no longer shop at this store. Service is now here--try it on and put the shoes you don't want nicely back in the box. Add but pay $$. You really need to bring your customer service back.
