She is so attentive to detail and always makes sure I'm happy with the look. After threading, she also applies a cooling gel with no additional charge. Just as good as everyone says! Optional: bring some cash with you for tipping as you'll likely have a good experience. I came to get my eyebrows threaded on a weekend morning. The pricing was a little confusing as it said $10 on the wall, I think online said $11, but I was charged $9 in the end. Maybe promotions are still happening? There were 2 ladies working and both were occupied with customers, but I didn't have to wait long before I was in the hot seat. I came with bushy eyebrows with no idea of what I was looking for. I haven't had my eyebrows done in YEARS. We didn't talk much, but I did mention how one of my eyebrows was higher than the other, which I did not like and wanted her to try to make them look more even. She started on one eyebrow, let me look in the mirror, and then did the second one. I got one final look in the mirror and thought they looked good. No idea how long it took, but it felt super fast. I asked the lady to clean my brows but as I'm tryna to show her the spots that I'm growing out she proceeds to tall over me and say yes I know what a clean up is and proceeds to take off the parts that i did not want touched. now one brow is thinner than the other. read more

This place is awesome! I needed to get my brows done and I've been nervous because people have screwed up my brows in the past so I'm trying to grow them back. I explained that to the lady and she was really great! She shaped up my brows, explained what she was doing, and then even drew my brows back in since i had to run errands the rest of the day. I didn't have a chance to go to my regular eyebrow threader but I was in the area and this place came up as getting good reviews so decided to give it a shot - glad I did, the woman did an awesome job following my directions not to thread them too thin or too pointy and she actually provided a nice shape to my eyebrows. Honestly, my eyebrows haven't looked this good in a loooooong time. I've been getting my brows threaded close to ten years and I needed a new place after moving to Chicago. The woman who did my brows asked if I wanted them on the thicker or thinner side, stopped after one to see if I liked the shape, then did the other to match and handed me a mirror again to see if I liked the final look of them. Honestly, that's the most anyone threading my brows has ever done for me during the process. My brows are on the sparse side to begin with so the fact that she was able to keep them on the thicker side and have them look great is a miracle and a first. read more

I called day of for a threading appointment and she said I could walk in whenever. Most cost effective and efficient place I thing I've ever found for waxing and threading! I traveled to Chicago for business and stayed in Evanston. While in town I needed a clean up on my brows and upper lip. I had a photo shoot the next day so I was very leery, however, I was not disappointed whatsoever.
