I love High Trek, and introducing people to it. It's both challenging and fun, and a great way to overcome any fears! I love playing up so high and trying all the different sections. The zipline and jump at the end is the perfect conclusion to such an epic course. Even with a big group, there was no waiting and it's easy to go different directions to not feel congested. I've never had a bad time. The staff is always friendly and excited you're there, and patient with new people learning the ropes for the first time. We came to High Trek for our friend's bachelorette party. We have one girl who struggles with anxiety and the staff was great with helping her figure out obstacles that wouldn't cause as much anxiety. The rest of us had the normal fears and Austin (our guide) would encourage from the bottom of the course and offer any help we needed! I am incredibly impressed with this adventurous course! There are 3 levels of difficulty and at the very end you are able to do 3 ziplining courses! I cannot wait to go back!! read more

We've taken our kids on the cadet level course two different times and it was amazing! Check in was easy, the staff was helpful in giving instructions and going over safety protocol, and the equipment was in good condition. I think next time we'll be ready for the higher level course and to try out their other activities. It was especially kind that they gave us a discount for being a licensed foster family, and I saw they have discounts for the military and college students too. read more

We had such an amazing time! The staff was extremely helpful and the price was so much more reasonable than at Northwest Trek. I love that the course is non-linear. It really allows you to control your own pace. The setup is great for all ages. Beware! The zipline does require you to trek all the way up to the top which means you will be hitting up a few of the tougher (higher) courses. That being said, it is totally worth it as the experience of ziplining and bonding that happens while fearing for your life is amazing. My 6, 8 year old and I had a blast on the course for over an hour then decided we wanted to try the zipline. We can't wait to go back! read more

What a fun outdoor outing. We took our three kids and did the cadet course as a family and then did the zip lining with our older kids. everyone had so much fun! So this would be a 5 except for one staff member, an older lady, who twice was asked by another coworker to help us and just... didn't?! I honestly felt like maybe she was racist and yes I HATE to pull the race card. Apart from the experience with her the rest of the staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great time with my husband and would definitely return with my eldest daughter and her friends. Great for team building or just a different kind of date. Definitely recommend. read more

My 13 year old son was invited to a birthday party here and he had a great time. The course has challenge levels for all ages and there was plenty to do to keep the kids engaged. It sits next to a public park and baseball fields. The staff seems very attentive and I didn't see any safety concerns. They have a small snack stand on-site too. read more

The staff was wonderful! They made our trip a blast. I appreciate how the kept safety job #1 but still made it fun for the kids.

It was a beautiful sunny day! Oddly enough, there was only 1 family there just finishing up. My hubby & I booked a time slot through a Groupon. The guy went through safety, & hands on training pretty swiftly, & we were off. I like their "lock & release" system better than Adventura's. The zip lines were a great addition....ADD MORE!! Went to go play mini golf at 6:45pm on june 9th 2019 the place advertises closing at 8 pm. There where two people in our party. We were informed that we could not do mini golf because they take their last customers at 6:30 pm. No where is this advertised and this is horrible customer service. Will never return here. I have asked groupon for a refund of what I paid since through groupon you pay in advance. read more

This place was intimidating af when I first arrived. But after going through the training with Drew, the family and I had a great time and also learn a lot about ourselves on facing difficult challenges head on. We had a group of ten, six kids aged 7 - 12 and two couples. There is plenty of room on the course to feel like you can go all over the place and try lots of things with it a lot of waiting. The harness system is excellent as it provides total freedom to go and connect yourself to the different lines while also being totally risk free from user error. The kids 10 and up could maneuver the whole course on their own, the younger (shorter) kids needed help to reach on most of the course. We stayed for 90 minutes. Perfect amount of time. read more

Wow, this place was so much fun! We stayed for 2 hours, which was a good amount of time to allocate to this activity, although we could have even spent more time here. My ten year old could do all of the obstacles himself, although some were a little tricky because the wire was a little too high for him to clip his carabiner on without some assistance. He is 4'8". The zipline was the highlight of the day. Highly recommended! Note: bathrooms are porta-potties and the office is a trailer / portable type building. You are basically out in the middle of a field, so bring appropriate clothing for the elements. read more

Took my husband here for his birthday and he loved it! Has lots of different skills on different levels, so more advanced people are stuck behind the less advanced. The reason it isn't a five star is only because while the employees are on the ground, there wasn't a ton of supervision or looking up to check on the people on the course. This place was amazing! We took my son and some of his friends here for his birthday. We bought them the 2 hour pass and they were off. They had so much fun. We played mini golf while the boys zip lined and climbed. I'm not going to lie and say I was a little jealous of them. They did a great job prepping us and getting us trained and equipped. Friendly and patient. Interesting system they use for safety- important to pay attention when they train you on it!!! Allows greater freedom using the course. Course was far more challenging at the black level than I expected! I was used to children's level so it was a pleasant surprise to have greater difficulty levels and be able to choose based on personal comfort level (green, blue and black difficulty coding, just like skiing) Our family had a great time! read more

This is a ton of fun... and the staff there is so friendly! They do a great job of training and outfitting customers, encouraging people who find themselves up high and a little nervous, and just generally making it enjoyable. The huge structure is so new and well-kept, the locking cable system is fool-proof and feels super safe, the obstacles are challenging and you'll probably work up a sweat! Also - always check Groupon because you can save a bundle if you go during the week. We've taken friends and family - all our groups left with huge smiles! And it's never felt crowded. Awesome place and great staff. We booked a party for my daughter's 13th birthday and it went off extremely smoothly. I had never done a ropes course or ziplining and was relieved at how safe everything was and how you were always connected by at least one hook at all times. We had kids from age 7 to 15 and every single one had a blast. The 7 year old had a hard time reaching some of the connections but he was able to figure it out.
