After reading some good Yelp reviews, I made an appointment for yesterday with Tara. I called in…read morethe morning and she got me in a couple hours later. I wanted a shorter cut just for a change. I showed her a couple pictures and she said it would be no problem with my curly hair. Tara cut off a good amount of hair and then to my surprise she straightened it. I never ever straighten my hair. It's a very nice cut and she styled it beautifully. I told her I would never straighten my hair myself and she said it would be just as nice curly (and much easier). She was right. I washed my hair and styled it curly and I love it! I would definitely recommend this salon, and Tara. My whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely be back! Thanks Tara!

She fixed it! Apparently the layers were uneven. She talked to me about it, and my hair looks great! I'm very happy with it. Also, the store was very clean. I asked for a simple low taper and nothing off the top. the barber says "oh that's a tough one" and then proceeds to drop my phone on the ground looking at the picture and then please tell me why when i asked for nothing off the top she basically gave me a buzz cut. She was like oh I love ur curls then proceeds to cut all my curls and hair off. it was so bad i just had to tell her to stop mid way. Also it was two barbers working on my hair. TWO. absolutely terrible. This is the worst haircut job i have received in my life.. attached is my hair before the hair cut and after the hair cut. I am so upset.. ALSO LETS MENTION THE FACT online it said 14 bucks for haircut but she charged us 30!!! wtf i am so pissed. We have been going to him since he was brand new and even then he had a special gift with kids. I have tried the kids specialty places and they don't even compare to the attention, patience, and kindness you're gonna get from this young man. He takes his time, works with your child's needs, and gives them a hell of a cut. If you're looking for a great barber, this is your guy! Also the place is super inviting and chill.
