With my first experience with a Lash Lift, I was nothing but satisfied! The soft soothing music really help set the ambiance! To top it off, the relaxing yet welcoming aroma of her candle makes you feel right at home. My back story: I had tried Lash Extensions (at a different location) 3 separate times. My allergies and skin rejected the lashes (mainly the glue) big time! Every other day or so, my eyes would start burning like crazy and just start watering out of no where. The glue was driving me crazy. I looked like a goddess, and LOVED waking up each morning with half of my makeup routine already taken care of... but unfortunately my allergies and skin just couldn't handle lash extensions. I was pulling at them and picking the glue off, which resulted in me losing a lot of lashes, fake and REAL ones! My lashes had a bunch of voids/gaps where I had picked off the extensions. I thought I was doomed to look pretty again. But then I tried Lash Lift. ROBIN IS A SAINT! She's a wonderful woman inside and out. Gentle to the touch, and just fun to talk to! This was the third time at Highbrows Eye Couture, what an amazing experience!!! Each time I am there I feel like a VIP!! I had the Yumi Keratin lash lift this time and was not disappointed!!! My eyebrows after 6 weeks look like a joke a sharpie. This is so bad I just don't know what to do. I have sent pictures and ask for help only to be told I would need to come in and that there will be no time for two more weeks. I am so very sad about this. It's very expensive and has made feel ugly. If anyone knows of something to do that will help please let me know. I've been coming here for about a year to get the Yumi lash lift and it is worth every penny! Robin does an incredible job and really pays attention to detail. I went to Robin for microblading. We sat down for the consultation and she showed me a binder full of photos of her work ie. stroke pattern, shape, shading, like those she advertises on Instagram. I received absolutely nothing like what she advertises - I have stripes and Vs, asymmetrical, a different stroke pattern on one eyebrow than the other, and not at all the natural shape following my natural brow that we discussed. She only did shading on one small spot of my left eyebrow and you can see dots outside the "shape" area. After going home, I texted her to ask if there was anything she could do to fix them, and she said the problem was that I have oily skin. Which is ridiculous to blame the bad shape, placement, and striped straight strokes on my skin type. I waited until they healed to see if there would be a change, like she said, and they still are ugly and don't blend into my natural hairs at all. It's like having stitches across my eyebrows. It's just plain bad work and I feel there's no way what she advertises is actually her work based on what I had done. I've texted her 3 times since then and she continues to ignore me for 7 days now, which is extremely unprofessional. I asked for a copy of the consent form which she hasn't sent and I want my money back because she didn't perform the service she advertised nor what we discussed in the consultation. I'm having them removed because I'm embarrassed to be seen with these on my face. read more

I received a lash lift and the procedure was overall a good experience, except for the perm smell once they put the keratin on your lashes. The first week and a half after the procedure my lashes looked absolutely fabulous. It wasn't until the second week that my lashes started breaking, and are completely bent out of shape. I followed the after care instructions just as prescribed, and I even purchased the eyelash serum recommended by the technician. I could cry at how awful my eyelashes look now. I can't even put mascara on because it intensifies how bent out of shape and damaged they are. I have sent various text messages and pictures to HighBrows, and they have stopped responding all together. The least they could have done is asked me to come in so they can analyze the situation and recommend a solution, but zero contact from them since my initial feedback. I will never do this procedure again, and especially not at HighBrows since they have not tried to make this situation right. Maybe this is a unique issue with my lashes because other reviews are great (which is why I went to them in the first place), but the fact that I haven't gotten a response makes me feel like they don't care. I have to live with these lashes every day, and it is not what I paid for. I am being very sincere, and if anyone else has had this issue, and you have recommendations on how to fix, please contact me, I would appreciate it. read more
