He ran into some minor issues due to some sloppy, lazy work done by a previous "electrician," but he managed to resolve those issues. A couple hours later, he was done. The job looked professional, clean, and exactly what I wanted. East West is a family-run business and they treat their customers with respect and honesty. I have two table…read morelamps with dimmable sockets that were built for incandescent lightbulbs; but since you can't buy those anymore, I wanted to see if it was possible to convert them for dimmable LED bulbs by simply replacing the sockets. No place I called could give me a straight answer, but one of them recommended I reach out to Modern Lighting. They actually trialled my question on a lamp they had in house, so that I didn't have to drive to them until there was reasonable certainty they could do what I needed. They quoted me a price, and I went in the next day. Not only did they get the job done, it ended up costing less than their estimate. I thought that people would still have their decorations up on Epiphany Sunday, but I guess not. It was just my wishful thinking. We did see one house with partial lights.
