He originally quoted me $2,500 for parts and labor. He first asked for a $500 deposit to order the unit, then later claimed he was picking it up and needed another $800 to finish paying for it. I sent him a total of $1,300 through Zelle and Apple Cash. On the original installation date, August 7th, he canceled 10 minutes before our appointment because of a family emergency. I was understanding and agreed to reschedule. He then failed to follow through again, and I even called out of work for the rescheduled installation--only for him to not show up. After taking my $1,300, he completely stopped responding to my calls and texts. I have repeatedly asked for either my $1,300 back or the AC unit I already paid for, and he has provided NEITHER. At this point, he has $1,300 of my money, I have no AC unit, no installation, and no response. I gave him multiple opportunities to make this right. Do not give this guy money upfront. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend or hire him.

From the beginning, Adis was incredibly responsive, punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. He communicated with us throughout the entire project, explaining what he was doing and keeping us informed every step of the way. We initially thought we only needed a straightforward light replacement, but it turned out that the previous recessed lights were installed in old-style cans, and many had actually been glued and nailed into the ceiling, making removal extremely difficult. There were also some lighting issues when we bought the house due to the wiring throughout the house, which was a bit of a mess. We had a different (ALSO LICENSED and well-rated) electrician come over before for a different installation and he couldn't figure out the wiring/lighting issue! Instead of taking shortcuts or just giving up (like the other one, who was also nice and professional, did), Adis carefully corrected everything the right way. In a few areas, removing the old recessed lights caused some paint to come away with them, but he took the time to patch and clean each opening so every new light fit perfectly--tight, flush, and professionally finished. His attention to detail was incredible, and the final result was immaculate. He also installed a new outlet in our garage exactly the way we wanted it. When he finished, he cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the house spotless. It's rare to find someone who is this skilled, honest, communicative, and meticulous. He made permitting very easy as he was there for inspection and explained everything to the inspector. He is also very communicative and verified what the plan for the install day of to make sure the install meets my expectation and kept everything clean. Luis is very friendly as well and pointed out existing issues with our electrical (knob and tube wiring that are visibly present as well as unsecured wiring) that we should consider getting fixed and didn't put any pressure to upsell.
