I liked the work, not the price. I brought my wedding dress to be dry cleaned (Sophia Tolli, Style Olivine #Y21825 for reference) and it cost $190 with a 4-week turnaround. They did a great job cleaning up the hem - which was really the only part needing any cleaning. I was surprised by the price, though. I am a double-wedding bride (thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic) and this 2022 reception dress had much less material than my original 2021 ceremony dress (Sophia Tolli, Style Deon #Y11715 for reference) that cost me $110 to have dry cleaned at a different dry cleaning business. Now, I will say, Highland Cleaners did a better job than this other business. I was still, however, surprised by the $80 increase for the same TYPE of work on a dress that should have (theoretically) required less TIME for the work. Alas, I find dry cleaning to be one of those services for which the cost will always be a mystery and you just have to pay what you're charged. They did an absolutely splendid job cleaning my waiting shirt. Last Saturday I was working a grueling 7 hour shift at Applebee's and a pesky child ran out in front of me while I was taking a tray to a table. It was an absolute disaster. For crying out loud, the table had order spaghetti and potato soup. I was covered in an atrocious amount of food and my shirt was stained to no end. I thought for sure my shirt would be ruined, but I thought why not take it to a cleaners and have them attempt to fix this abomination. Not only did they get all the stains out of my shirt, but they also had it done a day early! I helped by an absolutely stunning and kind employee named Sara. She was so friendly and welcoming to me. This highland cleaners did such an amazing job, I will always use them for cleaning my clothes now. I refuse to use anyone else. read more

Excellent customer service. If the staff feels there could be any damage at all done to your items, they are clear about that upfront. Speedy cleaning turn-around. Convenient location and hours. The after 5 hours are convenient as well as Saturdays. I also enjoy that Highland sends an email when your order is ready. My son loves the lollipop bowl! read more

This is the worst cleaners I've ever been too. Pricing is through the roof. $8.35 for non-cotton shirts. $8.00+ for all pants. I've never seen prices this high. They justify it by saying they use a press that can burn non-cotton items, so they have to use another 3-step process. I have brought all of these shirts to another cleaner in the past, $2.00-3.00 a shirt. The floor was filthy as well. Unless you have money to burn, I would highly recommend finding another dry cleaning company. read more
