At our appointment, we felt very welcome they had a cute welcome sign with our name on it and Chad was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. There was no pressure to buy at that moment he gave us time to think about it and call at a later date when we had made up our mind. Once we knew it was the boat for us Chad helped us with all the paperwork and even added on a free Un winterization package and offered to take us out on the lake for the first time. We learned how to use our boat and explored a new to us lake. We bought the boat in November and there was no haggling or uncomfortable conversations. We worked out a deal to keep the boat in Idaho until we were able to come get it in May! Scheduling a time to visit in May was super easy and they went above and beyond when we arrived. There was a bow on the boat and a personalized sign as we walked in the door. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We did some shopping in their proshop area for all of our gear and they offered us a generous discount for purchasing our boat with them! We did a demo on the water the day we picked it up and learned about all the features on the boat. We had a minor issue once we got back to the house, but Chad was there to answer our questions after hours and fixed the problem without hesitation. We got our boat home and she's in the water ready for a great summer! All thanks to Prestige and the awesome staff!!
