Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... What a great surprise! All in all great service at a great price and beautifully done. I recommend Ray's without reservation.

Upon picking up my vehicle they tried to power wash all the dirt and grime they allowed to accumulate on my 70' Chevelle. There was dirt and wash marks all over my car. They put wood blocks back in instead of my front springs, then didn't tighten or check the lug nuts on my wheels. I took several off with my hands after doing another inspection. ***I took them to small claims court in order to finalize this shit show.
