My sons car started to smoke and then eventually came to a complete halt by the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagle. Fortunately, my brother has AAA and through AAA they contacted Country Repair and 24 Hr Towing. Dispatch and the driver were always in contact with my brother and thr massive flat bed tow truck arrived. The driver was completely friendly and super helpful. The tow truck driver delivered my sons car to our home in meridian where my sons car stayed parked for three months. During this time, my son desperately tried to get it fixed but could not. He ended up getting a job and saving this money. We already contacted another repair place that did not absolutely nothing - that's another review for another time but we had such a good experience with the towing company that we least contact them again to another repair shop. The twist in all of this was remembering the name of the towing company several months back. After some high level detective work, we figured it out it was Country Repair and Towing. We called and spoke with very kind man, Rollen perhaps, he was so patient as I tried to explain the issue with my sons car with my caveman car intelligence. I spoke with dispatch to schedule the towing from our home to Country Repair and they provided a quote and a discount if the repair was done with Country Repair. Within the hour, a driver arrived and towed my sons car away. A day later, the team from Country Repair called and had some questions. Due to my lack of automotive knowledge, I was not able to answer the questions but the team was more than willing to call my son back and ask the same questions as he has an automotive encyclopedic mind. I received a call about five days later that my sons car was ready. My wife and I drove out to Country Repair where I met everyone on the team. The dispatch ladies were super funny and we shared a good laugh and then I met with the main tech who explained everything in detail. We settled the bill and I drove my sons car to his workplace. There was never a moment where I felt I was swindled or deceived. There was complete transparency during the whole time and best of all, my son' car works like it should. We purchased it late Monday night. Two days later I noticed that on both sides of the car, the weather stipping around the false window (plastic) was melted. I drove to the dealership and showed them expecting they'd fix it. Well, after numerous texts and a couple of phone messages, they did nothing. They said I must have had the car detailed and a pressure washer caused the damage. Sorry, it's impossible for a pressure washer to melt that rubber weather stripping. I never had anyone detail it. It was brand new and only 2 days old. We had sunshine both days, no rain. After filing complaints over the phone with Toyota they said they'd have the sales manager call me. He never did. I asked the sales manager to forward my pictures of the damage to the GSM but they did NOTHING. My wife even had a picture of the car that shows the damage the night we brought it home with a date stamp but we didn't notice it that night. I will never do business with Edmark Toyota again. The rubber weather stripping would have cost them less than $50. It's clear to me that they used a heat gun to remove the glue that held the plastic sheeting over the window since someone applied it to the weather stripping instead of directly onto the plastic window or the rear glass windows. Good customer service would have kept a customer for life.

None of the negative experiences were noticed today and I am pleased with this shop as a whole. Came into the shop for a quick estimate for the installation of equipment I had brought in myself for my Tacoma. It was already way more affordable than what I was quoted elsewhere. We promptly scheduled an appointment for the very next day, first thing in the morning. For context, I had purchased a cheap no-name brand deck and a kicker hideaway subwoofer- hoping it would fit into the Taco. The day of installation, at the shop I was presented a deck that was substantially better in quality from a reputable brand. Additionally, it was made for my specific Tacoma. This means that everything from steering controls to the backup camera were retained, plus it fits way better with the interior. This deck was only $100 or so more than the deck I had brought to the shop originally. Better screen, operating system, and it looked far better than what I had brought in. Easily sold me on it, I couldn't pass the deal up. There wasn't any sales pressure or anything and I could have said no, but it made more sense to take the better option. Take my money. Next, the Kicker subwoofer didn't fit... I was disappointed because I've read that people made theirs fit, but they explained what options they tried to take for it to fit and it got to the point where there weren't any options left. As an alternative, they presented me with a custom-fit box+sub made for the Tacoma. The Tacoma is tricky because of how small and limited the interiors really are, so this was a win in my book... Plus, If I were in their shoes I would do the same. If someone brings in their own equipment, I wouldn't want to damage it by trying to make something happen that shouldn't. Since nothing was broken while trying to make it work, I was able to return it to Best Buy right after my install with no issue. If I'm paying for good equipment and a professional install, I don't mind forking out an extra $100 or $200 for quality. Also, when I was originally shopping around for a sub/amp/deck equipment+install, the prices were about $500 more than what I paid for here. They treated my truck with care and expertise, I'm extremely happy with the outcome and I'm glad I chose to use their equipment instead of the stuff I brought. Overall knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable people. I live about an hour away, so when they found out I'd be hanging out at the shop to wait for my truck to be finished, they asked if I needed a ride for food, water, coffee etc. That was cool of them to offer. Solid audio shop with competitive pricing and great results. Will be returning soon to have a remote start installed.
