I've took my daughter here for 3 months and at first she really liked it. I believed it was because she had an amazing teacher named Lindsey. After a month the admin Amanda said she fired Lindsey which I didn't see a reason for because she was excellent with the kids, always engaged, and showing the kids love and support. Ms Amanda said it would be fine if I had stay with my daughter until she got comfortable but had pulled me aside which also made me feel uncomfortable because she knew my daughter had anxiety. It honestly felt like Ms Amanda really only cared about the kids coming in to daycare to make the money. It seem like there was more and more kids everyday with less staff. The class would be full and teachers will rotate during the day so you might not know who ends up watching your baby. After she changed teacher her new teacher told me it was best to teach my kid to learn how to "put hands on other kids" cause they fight??? When I would sit there with my daughter it was only main one kid who pinched, punched, scratched. The value of this daycare is sketchy and I wouldn't let my kid stay here. read more

Best choice ever... My son started here @ 6months and got the best care ever.. Ms Amanda and the other staff are very hands on and ensured that my little one was well taken care of. I hope my experience with Highland KinderCare to assist readers of this review in making an informed decision. My 2-year old son spent one week in the Highland KinderCare and I stopped sending him there because of concerns described below: One day right after coming back from the KinderCare, my son vomited violently. I called the KinderCare and spoke with the manager asking if my son had shown any signs of problem. The manager informed that my son had watery stools throughout the day. Such critical health information was shared in a dismissive and perfunctory manner only after I probed. Instead of conveying such critical information, the daily note from KinderCare described a normal day and asked me to bring diapers and wipes. Diapers and wipes had already been provided. The regional manager was responsive to my concern and I was informed that necessary steps would be taken in order to improve their services. In early January 2012, I was informed that the registration fee would be reimbursed and I did not get the reimbursement yet as of early March 2014. To be fair, it should be noted that my experience with the Highland KinderCare was short, and my expectation for daycare in U.S. may not be culturally grounded given that I am from different culture. Also, the regional manger appeared to be genuinely concerned and interested in improving their services. I hope they have progressed toward a safer and more nurturing facility. read more

My 1 year old started going to daycare here last month, and we love it! Ms. Jackie is such a welcoming soul once you come into the door and had no problem giving us a tour of the toddler room and explaining to us the daily schedules. The entire staff is just nothing but happy and in great spirit all the time. My daughter stays in daycare for 10 hours and let's just say she has some attatchment issues with me and her father so at first it was very hard for both us and our daughter but the staff did such a great job in making her feel so comfortable. We have been trough many babysitters and finally we found Kindercare and boy did we make a great choice! Thank you to my daughters teachers Ms.Marie, Monica A, Blanca, and so many more for giving my daughter the care she deserves. read more

IF I CAN GIVE THEM 0 OR NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!!. I chose this daycare for my daughter, a 3 y/o toddler in hopes that she will receive the best care and have a safe environment. Unfortunately the teacher to child ratio is so bad that they have consecutively neglected to take proper care of my child and other children. There are a few good teachers but most of them has an overwhelming amount of students. Alot of times there would be 12 children and one teacher. So dont expect your child will be taken care of. There were 3 incidence where I picked up my daughter and they forgot to change her diapers the whole day that it soaked through her pants and when I picked her up, my hands got wet with urine. I gave them another chance due to I believe some teachers genuinely care about the kids. They would correct it, apologize and wont have any incidents for a few weeks until it happens again, where she got very bad diaper rashes then I stopped taking her there. Very inconsistent care. Sometimes I would walk in and the children are running around with runny nose dripping across their mouth and another incident where a child bit another child. Lastly they will overcharge you and wont tell you about it till 6 mos later where you would get shocked about the bill that no one inform you about and blame it on the previous management making a mistake. You will have a very difficult time disputing this bill till it affects your credit. Please! SAVE YOUR CHILD FROM NEGLECT and EXTRA HIDDEN BILLS that you ddnt know about from the "previous management". DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

After visiting different daycares in the area and having a bad experience in a prior daycare for my youngest son, kindercare is hands down one of the best facilities in the area. It is pricey but you can see where the money is going in regards to what is being fed to the children, the curriculum and activities planned for them, I can honestly say you do get your money's worth. The staff is amazing a very inviting and friendly atmosphere daily. Everyone is hands on and takes the time to know each child's needs and personalities, I loved that my sons teacher gave detailed daily reports and never skipped a beat. This is an awesome facility and I recommend everyone in need of care in the area to take a tour!! read more

I love that my kids go here! The teachers show they really care about my kids. Even my littlest that can have tantrums, the teacher always gets on his level and talks with him, to work him out of his tantrum. All the staff/teachers I have run into always seem happy and very helpful! Love the family feel at this center! read more

My children went here for TWO DAYS and it was an absolute nightmare!!! let me begin with day one, I had to call and ask what to bring with my children when I got there for our first day, I was told to bring a bottle and as soon as I got there they informed me they meant to tell me bring 5-6 pre made bottles. So I had to go to the store buy the bottles, baby water and formula make the bottles and rush back to be at work on time. Which now I'm irritated because that's time taken away from me spending with my children to make sure they are comfortable on their first day. imagine that feeling leaving a five month old and a three year old with a facility you've walked around a few times and people you don't know who are clearly unorganized and running late to work so not having that comfortable feeling. That was strike one. When I come back from the store to drop of my children's belongings I walk into the classroom that's an absolute DIASTER!!! Walking into the class there were about 15 infant/ toddlers all over, food all over the floor, kids with pacifiers on the floor by themselves, runny noses, boogers smeared everywhere and questioned what was going on because when I came there were about 4 infants so walking into that was a shock. I was caught off guard when the lady grabbed my son and but him with babies who were 8 months and up kicking my son (who has his soft spot still) and wasn't concerned when I asked the staff to keep my son separate the lady said she was "doing something" excuse me???? wow! strike two! I was very skeptical about leaving my five month old son but thought I was just overthinking it being with my son every day to leaving him with someone let alone a daycare was scary so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but how scary is that as a parent with a newborn? So, it gets WORSE! my work day was filled with crying and praying my son was ok and was getting the love and affection like he would receive at home. I pick my son up as I'm informed he was asleep for hours before I got there is why his diaper was so full, but when I went to get him he was awake so how did that make sense? so I said ok they changed him and as they were doing so I just visually skimmed my son to make sure I didn't see anything as far as marks are anything and noticed my sons eyes were swollen and red, TERRIFIED, I asked about it they said he was just fussy because he didn't want to go to sleep...So what was it my son was sleeping or he wasn't? to my surprise later that night I go home and make my son a bottle and for an hour and a half no formula was coming out so I look at the bottle and from rushing that morning I grabbed the wrong bottle and it was 0 months so my sons bottle flow was incorrect and he wasn't able to eat without new nipples. so in my head I'm thinking HOW DID THEY FEED MY SON ALL DAY!!!!! There is no way NOW IM FURIOUS!!!!!!! Day two gets WORSE! I get there and its I'm sorry about yesterday blah blah blah! its now time to pick them up I'm informed by TWO STAFF MEMBERS on the lady taking care of my child. The lady was making comments about how spoiled my son was how he can just cry and my son took to long to eat so she just didn't feed my FIVE MONTH OLD SON FOR 8 HOURS WHILE IM AT WORK!!! I was told the lady said "F*%k my son" they neglected my son! He is now at home with a serious cold and very sick! He did not receive the proper care he needed and I'm devastated and filled with guilt because of leaving my children there!!!! Day Two I go to pick up my 3 soon to be 4 year old and she has no underwear on!? seriously? HOW !!!!!!!! my daughter has been potty trained for two years! I'm sharing my experience with everyone so they can think twice before leaving their children here! I can only imagine the care the other children receive and its truly heartbreaking!
