At first, I was skeptical and watched my child like a hawk and questioned everything and voiced my concerns immediately to the teachers and/or the director. My little human has progressed so much learned and continues to learn a lot. I have built a rapport with the teachers and truly appreciate what they do. It is not easy to take care of children yet alone a class full, I know that I could not to do it. My baby is there from 6:15 am to 5:45pm and the number of pictures and communication I receive throughout the day make me happy and feel like I'm not skipping a beat in his life. read more

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS: Stay clear of this KinderCare and by association all other facilities. Nepotism is rampant within these KinderCare locations. I discovered a multitude of child abuse cases that were not taken seriously by the higher ups and replaced with watered down stories or parents were never told, including my case that was never told to me by upper management. My husband and I went to collect our children's belongings on August 18th 2025, even then the District Leader and Assistant Director did not take the opportunity to address us about the child abuse incident against our child, instead they condescendingly gave each other a smirk. Being MANDATED reporters, only a couple truly came forward to report and address us about what they witnessed. Only then, did we learn a scornful woman named Rachel Boyd attempted to kick our 1 year old child for whatever reason. Be advised possibly due to this incident; Rachel Boyd is attempting to return to her previous location of KinderCare in Colton, whom she is in favoritism with the Director. Which in turn is easier to sweep it under the rug and sweet talk the parents. Instead of informing the parents about any actual incident that has occurred. While the rest of the staff chose to be biased toward their center and reputation. This whole incident has made me question how many cases were possibly swept under the rug and/or not reported to the parents and proper authorities. Aside from the couple that come forward, most of the staff thrive on rumors, gossip, and being unprofessional whilst creating tension between one another. I have already taken the measures to address all proper authorities. The Assistant Director is unaware she is egregiously disliked by her own staff due to her belittling her staff in front of me and other parents that the staff has come forward about. As well as observed very little patience towards her staff and the children. Which is illogical being in this profession. The previous Director and current District Leader seem more concerned about the reputation of the center and preventing staff from reporting to the proper authorities and parents. Again I stress the importance of researching for yourselves and contacting Community Care Licensing for any concerns you may have about this location and any other KInderCare locations., read more

I've never met a more unprofessional person in my life and this one has to be the most upsetting by far because this is a children's center a daycare somewhere where I drop off my child while I'm at work and trust these people to take good care of my child as I would! Up until recently, everything was great in my child's classroom and then there was an incident, and my child's teacher completely changed her attitude towards my child, which is very unsettling and uncomfortable. When I have to look at her every time I drop off my child at school and she has a smug look on her face. mind you that my child is a busybody. She's a child that you need to be on top of she is extremely intelligent she's also a three-year-old and we know how that is. This particular teacher was always happy to see my child and after the incident it was almost as if she didn't even want her in her classroom anymore and that's what I dealt with dropping my child off in that classroom after the incident every time! If you lack the education, you need to provide care for a busy child then maybe you should go collect your $16.50 or $16.75 somewhere else because these are our children not to be played with or treated as such because of any situation! This teacher also never reached out to me not in an email or a text message to even talk to me about the situation even as I passed her in the hallway recently, which is very upsetting. With this being said the Director of this daycare center was very attentive and helpful when I brought to her my concerns prior to my conversation with her about this teacher my child was switched to a different classroom, a classroom with two amazing teachers, that clearly have the patience and education that they should have to work with children! Teachers that genuinely care about our children are important and I'm thankful that my daughter has two of the best now at this daycare!! I was seriously thinking about switching my child to a whole different daycare because of this, but once she was moved to a different classroom with the two teachers that have dealt with her before on numerous occasions because she was sent to that classroom on numerous occasions due to too many children in one classroom, I am at ease now knowing my child is with teachers that value their job and care about our children! Before I became a stay at home mom. My husband and I were trying to find a place that we trusted to take care of our daughter because she was so young. We were so scared to leave her just anywhere. I found this kinder care and Ms. Brittany was very helpful. She gave us a tour and told us everything they did with the kids. When we started taking my daughter, she was only 6 months. She was a very happy baby and after her first day she was even more happy. She was always laughing and smiling when she came out of there. She was learning so much at such a young age. We couldn't believe it. We trusted them with our daughter and they did such an amazing job. They called her sunshine because she is always so happy. I definitely recommend this kinder care. 100% amazing teachers. Also I loved that they would send us pictures on their app and they would show what she did all day. They would write down what time she used the restroom, what time she ate and also what time she took a nap and for how long. I loved getting all the pictures while I was at work. I would not recommend this KinderCare for parents with infant/toddler children. My daughter about 14 months and attended almost 2 months before we decided to pull her. I do not feel that she got the care I expected for $309 per week! She was literally sick the entire time. Her nose was never wiped everyday upon picking her up. I also noticed the other children in the infant/toddler rooms with runny noses each day being allowed to run around and touch everything runny nose and all. I always saw dirty toys that I can guarantee were not cleaned daily. My daughter would literally be running to me to leave almost everyday. The teachers were nice; I just feel like there were too many kids per teacher for each child to get the care and attention they really deserved. My daughter is so much happier, healthy and learning faster now that she's left. I am happier as well knowing she is much better taken care of and getting the attention she deserves at this important growing stage. read more

My son had been enrolled here for a few years and I was happy at first, however, by December of 2018, things had gotten worse. Here are my major complaints (which I eventually took to the state, and they were substantiated-- I understand that KinderCare also admitted to them): -my son has a bad dairy allergy, but he was given a cheese quesadilla to eat for lunch one day. I was told by the center director that the teacher did not realize that cheese was actually dairy. One of his classmates has a bad nut allergy, and I am really scared for him. Also, I know of other children at this facility who have been given things to eat that they were not supposed to eat. -I went to pick my son up one evening, and his diaper had not been changed once all day. He was absolutely soaked with urine. I know that he wasn't changed because I had diapers at home, while I had given KinderCare pull-ups for him (which looked very different). He was still wearing the same diaper I had dropped him off in earlier that morning. That was the last straw-- and his last day at KinderCare. I found a new place for him the next day. Another place that is licensed, and much cheaper (about $70/week cheaper), and they actually teach him things there, and they change his diaper too. There were other things that I could go on and on about, but I won't. The state took these things seriously and KinderCare has now been given TWO TYPE A DEFICIENCIES (Type A is the most serious kind). KinderCare is now considered a borderline at-risk facility. In fairness to KinderCare, I understand that the center director has now left and that moving forward, it will be under new management. Will it change anything? I don't know. Please consider these things before you enroll your child at this place. read more

I love this school! My three year old started at another school that was cheaper and he was having serious anxiety and was crying everyday. I pulled him out and brought him to this Kindercare and he loved it! He still has moments where he cries (mostly about taking a nap) but they are caring and help him transition. I love the open door policy. I come and visit him during my lunch sometimes and they never seem inconvenienced even if he is upset after I leave. The food they serve always looks good, and pretty balanced. The staff are always friendly and happy to help in any way. I would definitely recommend this school to everyone I know. read more

My daughter starting attending Kinder Care in August 2020. She has learned so much during her time at Kinder Care, she loves all her teachers so much! She is excited to wake up and go everyday. Ms Brittany, Ms Alissa and the teachers have been beyond incredible to my son and I. This had been a rough past year, new policies, new guidelines, and in the middle of a pandemic. This team at kindercare went above and beyond to ensure every child's safety and kept everyone informed of what is going on. My son loves going there, he is 2 and talks about his teachers and his friends everyday, and what they did at school. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Ms Brittany and Ms Alissa were always on top of it to find an answer or solution, it made me feel that I could absolutely trust that my child was going to be taken care of and have no worries! They truly are an amazing school, I see the milestones and progress my son has made every week. Plus, they send me pictures of him throughout the day and let me know what they are working on or just having fun playing with friends, and I get to see what he had for lunch and snack, and naptime. I love this place! I am so greatful for my son's teachers, especially Ms. Janie. My 3yr old had such a hard time adapting to his new surroundings and new faces, that he would cry when dropping him off. It broke my heart everytime, i was tempted to pull him out but Ms. Janie assured me this was normal and that he would be fine. there was something about her that made me feel calm, so i stuck it out. I would call everyday to check up on him and day by day it got better, but then i found out that my son was real attached to Ms. Janie and would cry when she had to take her lunch, well this caring teacher changed her lunch schedule to stay with my son till his nap time so he wouldn't cry and miss her! Who does that? Ms. Janie does, thats who. Thank you so very much Ms. Janie for your dedication kind hearted and nurturing soul. We love you! My son now runs to hug his teacher and says "see ya later mama" and runs to play with his friends. Honestly the entire staff is fabulous! Always greeting you with a smile and chipper attitude! It's been a few months now that all four of my kids have been coming here! And they all love it! I notice a big difference in my infant and toddler as far as learning new things and development! I absolutely love Kindercare. My daughter has been coming here since she's been about 7 or 8 months. She's already 18 months and has learned and developed so much. I love that every teacher there knows her name and are so welcoming. I'm able to call in just to check up on her. My daughter has been going here for 4 months now. She started at 4 months of age and is now 8mo. I LOVE this place. She gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Everyday I get pictures via their app (class dojo) showing me what she's up to. She does a lot of exploration of textures, tastes, colors etc. As a pediatrician, I feel it's been wonderful for her development. She gets a lot of floor time which has helped strengthen muscles to help her crawl, and now pull to stand. Personally, I prefer that the 4:1 ratio because my daughter has learned to share attention with other children and is more independent, which for ME is a plus. She does arts and crafts and even put on a Christmas program!! She loves to sing at home now too because of all the singing they do there. Miss Sheba and Miss Alyssa are amazing at what they do and have a real passion for these little ones. I'm thankful for them and for the care they provide my daughter. read more

Amazing place! Great teachers and amazing staff all around. Always doing fun things and spirit weeks for the kids while still learning. I wish I would have had my son here sooner! He was at a cheaper place but hardly liked to go. He started here in the fall and will be "graduating" for kindergarten. I love it here so much I'll be having him come after school when necessary. I should have read the Yelp reviews before the initial reviews said five stars the director Brittany seemed really the exception of maybe one or two I'm actually know what they're doing they do not provide any kind of real life training for the kids as far as discipline my son did act up because he was new at the school but they put on a show one of the teachers was an extreme complainer Miss Jackie describing her arm that all your son hit my arm so hard I went home red I said you mean to tell me a three-year-old can actually beat you and you're an adult they have no form of actual real-life discipline for the children as far as just taking things away from them or keeping them away from things that they know the kids aren't are engaging in that they shouldn't be like throwing blocks if you know a kid is throwing blocked and it's their second day at your cool maybe you shouldn't let the kid play with blocks until you are comfortable with them being comfortable there if you know the kid is knocking stuff over then don't put them your things that they're going to knock over they put on a real big show the truth is they want to only take care of children who are 100% used to daycare they're not okay with children who have to get a custom now they put on a good show of being nice but then they also put on a major show of old Jesus Christ his kid is out of control and one refer your kid over to therapy I put my kid in a previous day care where he was there for six weeks and none of this stuff happened my three-year-old actually said he was scared to go in and I stood there and I watched him for about 15 minutes before I left and constantly checked on them the teacher I'm very irritated that I wanted to stay there and just see how they interacted with my child my baby followed Miss Jackie around as well as Miss Wendy and they literally gave him no attention but we're more concerned that I would just hurry up and leave I'm not saying that any of the nice reviews are wrong but I'm saying is is that they want good fit for my child and they weren't loving and I requested love for my child and I thought they would actually give attention because I got sold on the on it with Miss Brittany she said that they could accommodate my son and they would give him attention and the truth is I'm 1 to 12 teacher ratio is bullcrap there is no way that these people were able to actually do a job for childcare rearing and education we do our jobs as a parent but if you're standing there as I was and you see that they are literally just trying to get your kids to play but not give them attention they're not there to actually be childcare providers they just want to be babysitters for kids who just want to but not need attention play but not learn they have this fish in the classroom and I kind of thought maybe when I come back that the fish tank would actually be clean talking about we give the kids a chore every week to where they feed the fish you know really sounded good fish tank is foggy say foggy the whole time in the classroom smells like pee so my thing is this if you decide that you want to go here believe the the star ratings okay if it's a 5-star that's bull if its 3 * maybe but my star definitely true don't waste your read more

My son attended here when he was about 6 months old. We paid a lot to have him there and one day one the teachers that was pregnant seemed very irritated when I picked him up. She handed him to me and told me "he had a really bad day" he's 6 months old !? Really!? What could he have done. She then proceeded to tell me that he didn't let her do anything for that day. For what we paid can't believe she was complaining about my baby. I had never felt so bad. To think I left my innocent baby with someone like her. Who knows how she was handling him that day. I spoke with the director and the only excuse I received was that maybe the teacher was having a bad day. I pulled my son immediately which caused us to have to use sick/vacation days until we found a nicer place. Now I'm receiving a collection notice that I owe them money. Avoid this place at all cost. I have two boys that have been attending this center since they were each 5 months old. My oldest is now 4 and my youngest is 17 months. I work full time so my boys are at KinderCare for 8-9 hrs a day so I wanted to find a childcare center that made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I love the teachers and how involved they are with my boys. My youngest is in the toddler classroom and has great teachers that are always letting me know what fun activities my son has been doing. Everyday I get a daily report form letting me know what exciting events took place and what the class was learning at circle time. My oldest son is in the TK program and is learning to read. He has learned so much here, I know he will be 100% ready for kindergarten thanks to everything he has learned while attending KinderCare. I would definitely recommend this KinderCare for anyone looking to enroll their child in an Early Education Program. I took my daughter here when we moved to Loma Linda. She was only at this center for a couple months. During that time, there was a new center director. The new director, Shannon, is a very unprofessional manager. I attempted to reach Shannon several times regarding a large amount of money that the center was trying to collect from me and she never returned my calls. Note that I called the center SEVERAL times and was always promised a return phone call. When I finally got ahold of her, she was rude and condescending. I will never go to another Kindercare again because of her. About the center, I would like to note that my daughter went in and out of the infant room and toddler room and I ALWAYS felt like there were not enough toys there. The toys that they had were run down and shabby. For a child who will be at this center full time, there DEFINITELY are not enough toys for the many many kids who are there. The cupboards are literally bare. When I brought this concern up to the Director, she told me that the other toys must have been in the process of being cleaned. Well Im sorry but I always dropped my kid off early and the cupboards were always bare...mornings and afternoons. This center is crap. The Yucaipa center is a whole new world. I would highly recommend the Yucaipa center but would caution parents at this center. Do your research and get a good feel for management. I made a complaint to district....hopefully that will help families in the future. read more
