I'm going to put everybody on blast because everyone deserves the accolades this review entails. Each one of those women poured their hearts and souls into my children and developed each boy more than I could have ever imagined. Without that pre-k year with the set of Teacher Aprils (Castillo and Rose), I truly don't think my newly five year-old would be ready for kindergarten at the Academy next year. We are so blessed to have found this facility and were accepted in time to squeeze a little bit of experience, in preparation for the Academy. I wish these women would teach at the elementary school so my nervousness moving on would be lessened. The teachers responded promptly to messages over the app we chat on, they posted DAILY pictures and videos, and even noted my littlest guy's potty times. It was so helpful! Because of those things, I can confirm that each room at the varying levels of education, experience cooking, FreePlay, development of fine motor skills, social and emotional exercises with one another, reading, writing, dancing, prayer and all across the board LOVE! The price is steep, but I'm not here to lie on my review so I won't leave that part out either. However, if your family can swing it, there's not a better place to send your kid in preparation for elementary school and ultimately, life. My kids were safe and loved this past year, and again, if I could give this facility six stars I would. Mariana and Teddy are doing a phenomenal job running this school. I feel like my experience with five teachers out of the full staff, is a decent fraction. And I will continue to speak highly of each of them!!

They're learning early writing, engaging in storytelling, and building strong foundational skills in a nurturing way. Each month, we also receive updates and materials showing what they've worked on, which makes it easy to stay involved and see their progress. I discovered a multitude of child abuse cases that were not taken seriously by the higher ups and replaced with watered down stories or parents were never told, including my case that was never told to me by upper management. My husband and I went to collect our children's belongings on August 18th 2025, even then the District Leader and Assistant Director did not take the opportunity to address us about the child abuse incident against our child, instead they condescendingly gave each other a smirk. Being MANDATED reporters, only a couple truly came forward to report and address us about what they witnessed. Only then, did we learn a scornful woman named Rachel Boyd attempted to kick our 1 year old child for whatever reason. Be advised possibly due to this incident; Rachel Boyd is attempting to return to her previous location of KinderCare in Colton, whom she is in favoritism with the Director. Which in turn is easier to sweep it under the rug and sweet talk the parents. Instead of informing the parents about any actual incident that has occurred. While the rest of the staff chose to be biased toward their center and reputation. This whole incident has made me question how many cases were possibly swept under the rug and/or not reported to the parents and proper authorities. Aside from the couple that come forward, most of the staff thrive on rumors, gossip, and being unprofessional whilst creating tension between one another. I have already taken the measures to address all proper authorities. The Assistant Director is unaware she is egregiously disliked by her own staff due to her belittling her staff in front of me and other parents that the staff has come forward about. As well as observed very little patience towards her staff and the children. Which is illogical being in this profession. The previous Director and current District Leader seem more concerned about the reputation of the center and preventing staff from reporting to the proper authorities and parents. Again I stress the importance of researching for yourselves and contacting Community Care Licensing for any concerns you may have about this location and any other KInderCare locations.,

After few months, she is becoming really active and talks a lot in English which is a shock for us. Teachers at toddler class are very patient, nice and responsible, that make me feel at ease.
