My family is so grateful for everyone at this daycare. I especially wanted to take a moment to thank the incredible staff for everything they do every single day. Today was especially hard because my son was having a very difficult morning, but I had no choice but to bring him in. Leaving him was heartbreaking, and I was having a panic attack. The staff went above and beyond to support both of us. Mrs. Diana kept me updated throughout the day on his behavior and how he was doing. Mrs. Tiana did an amazing job helping him transition into his classroom. Mrs. Daisy and Mrs. Cassandra reassured me that he was going to be okay and comforted me when I was struggling to leave. Mrs. Araceli was also wonderful for accommodating my last-minute call to bring him in. Thanks to their patience, kindness, and teamwork, my son ended up having a great day. His behavior improved so much, and he even came home happy. Knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely care about him means more than words can express. We were only there 26 days!!! I pulled my child from that school on 6-1-26 after she was assaulted by another child, whom I was told has behavior issues. while watching the live camera feed my daughter was bitten on the face. My daughter is 3. I'm sorry but if a child has a known behavior issue like biting, they should not be allowed to be in close range of any other child. I went down and picked up my daughter and as we were walking out, Monique scolded me about my daughter wearing crocs and how they aren't allowed. I told her we've been here almost an month and my daughter wears them 95% of the time. NEVER has anyone stated that children aren't allowed to wear crocs to school. She didn't even asked how my daughter was doing after the attack. It was not the time or place to scold me about kids attire when my child was just assaulted!!! When we enrolled with the school at the end of April, Monique (office lady) who presented as the director while the real director was on leave never mentioned anything about hidden fees or restricted attire. I met the director for the first time on our last day there, she had recently returned back to the school a week prior to the incident. I paid the $170 annual fee plus other costs that my CCRC doesn't cover. A couple weeks later I am told if I want my child to attend throughout summer there is an additional one time fee of $125 which was non negotiable. The app hardly contained correct information and was updated rarely. It was labeled one day my child had a 4.5 hr nap even though I had been watching the live feed for hours and she was awake playing. I left a comment about it and never got a response back. I addressed it with the director and she apologized and said she would talk with the teachers about false information being documented. My daughter is now scared of school because of the child attacking her and that's something I have to help her work through. No child should be scared of going to school. The director profusely apologized for how the staff handled everything while she was gone and said she would address everything with them moving forward. If you decide to send your child here you need to make sure and meet the director directly not the office person and ask ALL questions about dress codes, hidden fees and the app situation! I only gave 1 star because the facility was clean and the hours they have fit my work/school schedule. I 100% wouldn't recommend this school though. read more

Our family was a potential customer. We were considering enrolling our granddaughter. I scheduled an 8am tour but when I arrived at 8:18am after rushing there from work they turned me away at the door. Who turns away a potential family with no flexibility? And there were no more visits available on their website for another week! Even if you have to shorten the tour, you should not refuse to offer the tour entirely. This is very poor customer service. If they treat a potential paying customer like this, I can only imagine how they treat families with children on a daily basis. read more

If you are looking for a safe place for your child while you work look no further! I was nervous putting my daughter here and it was a hard transition but the staff did not give up and my now almost 5 year old is ready to go to her new adventure. From helping with her picky eating and working with me to learning how to potty train. I also loved having access to cameras and having updates on meals and activities as well as changing when she was not potty trained yet. This place is amazing . When I went in for a tour last year the director was very nice and answered all my needs . (It was my sons first time ever ). He was so shy . The ladies in the front are always so joyful when you enter. The teachers are soo amazing . , they have patience with my son (which I love ).!!! The directors are soo amazing !!!!! My son is 2 years old and the kids have been biting him and hitting him since he was 1 and I didn't complain because they are kids and I THOUGHT the teachers will handle it... now he has learned how to bite from them and they are now kicking him out(today!) and since I said they are weird they have now kicked out my 8 year old that have not ever got in trouble and mind u we've been there for 8 yrs!!! This is crazy and discrimination I can't believe it!! My daughter asked Monique what did she do? She had no response... and Alyssa is in cahoots with Monique.... Awful childcare center!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The director was rude to me and my daughter. Our tour of the center was rather short with no room for questions or anything. She refused to answer my questions regarding safety and future enrollment. And We were not greeted or acknowledged upon arrival by anyone at the front desk. Instead the let us into the building and they just looked at us, and when I asked for help, they said "are you lost?" My sister used to go here too, but after talking to my dad about it and about how they treated us, we took her out. No need to have them treat my sister like shit and my daughter. It's a no for me. Staff is very professional on top of things. My sons first day we entered he felt special everyone was all smiles and saying hello. He was taken to school on the bus he said he felt extra safe because he saw something that says the bus driver is CPR certified. (He doesn't know they all are certified) but great experience! If you are familiar with this area I was walking out of Chase Bank when I heard someone yelling at the top of their lungs when I got closer to the south side of the fence I seen this short girl still yelling at the kids that are already crying and sitting telling them she shouldn't have to raise her voice that loud to be heard. Upon seeing that I yelled at her twice not to be yelling at the kids. At the same time a tall black lady turns and tells me to mind my own business Instead of her addressing the matter with her CO worker she enables that behavior. Yelling at kids should never be a tool for education These are kindergarten kids And both of these so called teachers need to control their emotions and fired so they can fix they problems. I love my son's teachers Wyndi and Calley! They are both so caring and interacting towards him. They are very original and have tons of fun activities and age appropriate materials for him. I am a mother of a child who attends this school and even though we are leaving once he starts public school, I need to share our experience here. First off, nobody ever answers the phone when my husband or I call. Nor is there anyone at the front desk when we pick him up; the two girls in charge always seem to be locked in the office socializing. But you better believe when it comes to me not being on time with my payment, they call excessively. It is usually my mother who drops off & picks up my son, and she tells me that his teacher is either scolding someone or yelling for someone to "lie down". The encounters I have had with his teacher haven't been very pleasant either- Ms Francine (or Frances) is rude, fake, and does not have the heart to be there. I don't like to complain, but I do want to be sure people are aware of what we have experienced. I have called and complained about the school and voiced my concerns to the state/county, hope they do something about it. read more

Best place. This is not a church it's a daycare/preschool. I don't know what that other review was talking about. My daughter has been going here since she was 2, she is now 6. When she had to leave to go to kindergarten she didn't want to leave. Because of how great this place is and all the teachers my daughter tested and went straight to first grade. She now goes in the summers and is very excited to be reunited with everyone students and teachers. I am expecting a son due any day and he will for sure be going here. I so love this place. When my daughter started she had just turned 2. I did so much research on other day cares in the area and this one felt so welcoming the minute we walked in. It's not just a daycare it's preschool as well. The teachers are awesome Mrs Daisy was my daughters teacher in the Toddler room she introduced her to songs and books. Everyday I pick her up she had something new to tell me whether it was a song they song or a book they read. My daughter is now 3 and has Mrs. Frances in the pre/preschool where she is know learning to write her name, numbers and her alphabets. So I highly recommend this place for your child. I went in for a tour and everything seemed fine until I heard someone yelling at the children in the 2 year old room. (Which is the age group my daughter would be in) so I ask the person that is giving me the tour who that person was and she said she was the one that takes care of that age group and I asked why she was yelling at the children and she said "that's just how she talks" when I saw the way she was yelling at them and when she said that's the way she talks I couldn't even pay attention to anything else she was saying I was in shock and full of anger. If you don't have the patience and the heart to take care of a child get a different job! You should be patient, calm and have a soothing voice. read more

My children have started this daycare a few months ago. They came from another daycare company. I have had nothing but good come out from this daycare. I have four kids which they are in different age group class rooms. My oldest kids are in school aged and they love it. My two year old is in the twos class room and he loves it. His vocabulary and listening skills have been great since coming here. He use to cry coming home from his last daycare complaining and screaming to go inside. He still crys but its more wining to get his way. I get pictures of him and he looks so happy and he comes home talking so good about his teachers and friends. I see a totally different kid in him since coming here. My one year old is in the toddler room and he loves it as well. I love getting what they eat every meal and all the notifications. With my two babies having milk allergies I am re assured everyday they are not getting cows milk. All the teacher seem great and very professional they always give me updates and tells me how there days went. The director and Assistant director and front office women are always smiling and very nice. read more
