I used several techniques to remove it, but was uneasy being too aggressive as it's my primary transportation. Once I described my issue, we discussed what might be keeping the rotor from coming off which I had already researched and satisfied I did everything I knew how to. To my surprise, they were able to get my 2020 Grand Cherokee in that afternoon as it was pretty busy. I left believing that it would be next day before it would be completed. I appreciated the conversation we had about possible issues with the E-Brake which is beyond just the brake replacement and possible additional cost. I didn't care at that point as I had enough messing with it! I received a call around 4:45 pm that same day my Jeep was ready to pickup. Turned out the rotor just took more force to knock it loose than I was willing to apply. Not only did they complete the repair same day, it was much less than expected. I was very pleased with the service and job well done. Thanks Hometown!

Warning about Bill's Auto Repair & Towing Service…read more I want to share my son's experience with Bill's Auto Repair & Towing Service so others know what they may be dealing with. My son was in an automobile accident Friday evening. The police called Bill's to remove the vehicle from the scene. We have roadside assistance, but I understand that police can require a vehicle to be removed immediately for safety reasons. When Bill's arrived, the driver said the car was going to their impound lot. My son asked about having it towed elsewhere. He was told that would cost $250 plus mileage, and the driver convinced him it would be cheaper to have the car taken to Bill's garage, where he was told he could pick it up the next day. What he was not told was that the garage would be closed for the entire weekend. When he was finally able to get the vehicle today, his bill was $328.79, including $25 per day in storage fees while the business was closed. They also initially attempted to charge him an additional $100 in mileage because the tow-truck driver had been pulled away from another job at Kings Toyota and wanted to charge my son for the driver's travel to and from that job. After disputing it, that charge was removed. On top of all of this, they would not accept a credit or debit card. They required payment in cash. My issue isn't that a tow company charged for towing and storage. My issue is how this was handled: my son had just been in an accident, was told taking the vehicle to their garage would be the cheaper option and that he could retrieve it the next day, wasn't told they would be closed all weekend while storage charges accumulated, and then faced an attempted additional $100 mileage charge unrelated to towing his vehicle. I would strongly recommend that anyone dealing with Bill's Auto Repair & Towing Service get the full towing charge, destination, storage fees, business hours, and payment requirements in writing before allowing them to take your vehicle.

He said it will be done Friday, Monday at the latest, On 3/5/2026 they move it from the front line of cars to the back of the building and it's been there with no work done at all. They refuse to work on my car, I have friends checking on my car for me and they see other cars come and go but mine ........ nothing. So I checked their reviews they have good reviews........ (mostly) but my personal experience it is the worst place.
