Safe, fun, friendly and professional staff. This is a great place to visit for some outdoor adventure. I've done a handful of zip lines and this one was in fact the longest I've ever done. You'll start off at base camp to check in. If you have a purse or anything you want to leave behind, you can leave it in a basket at base camp. A staff member will walk you up to where your gear is and then drive you up to the first zip line in a humvee. The ride is a little bumpy but there are great views and depending on when you go, you might see some of the proteas which are really unique-looking flowers. The ride to the top to the first zip line is a little long but so worth it. It's the longest zip line and the view is incredible. The guides were really kind, safety-minded, and made first time people feel very comfortable. In my opinion, the last of the three zip lines was the best because I felt like I was going faster but the whole experience was really fun and exhilarating! read more

What a wonderful afternoon for a family to share! The more adventurous can go on the zipline, while the others can tackle the rope course or traverse the fun SkyNet playground in the sky! Area was very clean and you can tell that safety is paramount. What really sets it apart, however, I. believe is the friendliness and instruction of the staff. They quelled any fears or reservations of the younger ones, while giving great advice and instruction to the adults. Only wish this was closer to me rather than a three hour drive from Los Angeles. Make every day an adventure. This review is for the High Ropes Adventure Course at Highline Adventures. They also have ziplines - the longest and fastest in California - which I hope to do in the near future since they look pretty epic. If traversing a treetop ropes course sounds like your cup of tea, or if you want to conquer your fear of heights, then this is your place. The course seems more interconnected than linear, so you're able to do and redo whichever sections appeal most. The lower sections are easier and somewhat beginner friendly, while the higher sections are more challenging. Once you complete one of the lower sections, the staff lets you do the upper sections if you'd like. Most people stopped here, so I had the upper sections mostly to myself. The obstacles here weren't super difficult but not a walk in the park either. You definitely need some core and upper body strength. The trickiest obstacle was probably the one where you have to get your legs high to pass through some bungee cords that are strung up really high. There were no supports to stand on, so I had to pull my legs/knees up to a degree that was almost painful. I feel like some people wouldn't be able to do this obstacle. On the whole, this is a terrific course and there are a lot of options for you to take the routes that suit you best. Everything is set up to ensure safety, from the continuous belay system that lets you move around the course while ensuring that you can't accidentally unclip, to the staff stationed around the course keeping a watching eye. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Note also that gloves are highly recommended. And I recommend full gloves, as fingerless gloves were not sufficient to fully protect my fingers from rope burn. The adventure course was a lot of fun and also a terrific workout. Went for the Moonlight zipline tour. The 3 ziplines were pretty fun at night. Instructions are very clear and understanding from the tour/safety guides. The harness is easy to put on and the guides take safety very serious. You get to ride up in a military hummer and then take 3 ziplines down. We went to skynet park and while the concept is very cool, the kids had been through the entire thing and were bored in 30 min. I think it's probably great for 7 and under crowd. The 7 and 9 year olds were fairly entertained. The 9 and 10 year olds had done ropes courses and ziplines before but they were too short and didn't weigh enough for the courses here. So they were super bored. If the skynet park itself was 3-4 times bigger with more obstacles I think it would be fine, but they were way too old for it. Way too old for the skynet and too young for the ropes line. Disappointing at that age. read more

We loved that at the entry you see a lot of horses. There is a dirt road path. No prob. We selected the 10 AM obstacle course time. It was still a bit gloomy. We signed waivers, purchased grip gloves for five dollars, we loved the inside and all the paintings a lot of good picture opp. We headed up to get the harnesses on. The instructor was clear, calm and engaging. He showed us the do and don'ts, the kids caught on really quickly. We started the obstacle course to the right it was two adults and two children be advised parents that if your child is not over height requirement. They will have a difficult time reaching for the ropes. My nine year-old had a difficult time reaching therefore she did cry maybe two times. We helped her through it and she had a blast. You get to go at your own pace, enjoy it and have fun. In order to take pictures while you're up in the course, you need to bring a sweater/pants with a zipper to be able to capture moments!!!!!!!!! They also hold your belongings in the area where you sign waivers. They provide small cups of water, which was really nice. We can't wait to be back and do the 4 x 4 tour!!!!! We had a group of 8 during our outing on a Friday morning and lasted for a little over an hour and a half. The views from the ziplines were amazing and the staff are very friendly. There's a quick 10 minute class to correctly wear the harness and what to do in the harness as you approach the landing area. Additionally, safety protocols are adhered to at every checkpoint. Awesome zip line course with 3 different lines. Ride up the Ridgeline in a hummer to the start of the first line, after that it's get off one line and walk a few yards to the next start house for the next. Great views of Awesome scenery from start to finish. The crew was fantastic, I got stuck in traffic and missed my start time appointment. Called and they bumped me back to the next hour, when I arrived they were able to get me right in. Cody and Ken were my guides and they were fantastic. WOW, incredible adventure spot for young and old! We booked a spot on a Friday for myself, my husband and my 14 year old son. The booking and waiver process was incredibly easy and they send multiple reminders of your arrival time. From the moment you check in you can feel the warmth and excitement of the staff. Our excursion started right on time and we were quickly walked over to our harness fitting. From there, we jumped in the back of a humvee for a 10 minute slightly twisty drive up the mountain. Once there, we were quickly set up for our first ride. Again, the staff was beyond friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to be there. Each person was happy to explain how everything worked and quell any fears. There were three ziplines and it was complete joy on each ride. The staff kept things running smoothly and the wait between ziplines was no more than 5-10 minutes. Had a great time climbing for a couple hours. There is a nice variety and it is set in the trees with a view of the valley... wonderful experience all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our guide, Joey, was the best - orienting us and looking out for us as we climbed and encouraging us along the way. Two hours was just about the right amount of time. Highline Adventures pushed me way out of my comfort zone, but it was absolutely worth it. I'll admit, I was outright scared at first (fear of heights), but the staff was incredible. They were patient, encouraging, and made me feel safe every step of the way. They didn't rush me and really understood how to help someone nervous like me get through it. By the time I finished the last zipline, I felt such a sense of accomplishment--and seeing how much fun my family was having made it even better. Pretty fun and also challenging at your own pace rope course. Safe and secure, you don't even think of the heights bc you're so focused on moving along with the course. Staff were very nice and helpful! I recommend bringing your own gloves, we did without gloves and it's totally doable but if you want less hand soreness, use gloves! Most amazing place. We did the hike and fly. The hike was intense up hill for most of it. But the mountains were so beautiful and all thr flowers. Definitely worth the time. It was so much fun, and I'm a little scaredy-cat on heights normally, any age could do this, i'm of a mature, retired age. It is definitely worth the 2 hours & every penny. I wish the adventure course was open that would be awesome for next time, they open it again May.
