We paid the $80/person for both courses with the thought that Eagles Nest would be higher and faster. It was not great and took less than 10 minutes. The adventure course took 35/40 min but was fun. We arrived at 10:15 for our 10:30 slot but it was so chaotic. No one knew what to do or how to help everyone. After waiting for 45 min, we finally started the course at which point they informed us that there was an online issue and they double booked the day. When we started they said we could do the Eagles Nest twice but once we finished another member told us that was wrong and we were done and couldn't. Apparently you only go twice if you buy the single course. Makes zero sense. Staff that helped with training were nice but otherwise, no one was welcoming, including the registration office. We paid $167 for 50 min and with the chaos and crowds from their booking error should have provided us one extra run for 10 min. Or some kind of incentive. Be aware that some platforms are only a few inches wide at the top and some areas felt flimsy, if youre afraid of heights. read more

The level of fun in the day was so great and off the charts. The kids had a blast. Frankie was very attentive to (me) mom and the 4 kids- Isabell was great at making sure the kids all understood how to wear the gear... And everyone made sure we could complete each course - The Soar adventure has a great practice course and the safety gear was clean! I really love the C hook once u attach at the base of the stairs - u can't get off! So it's so safe for the kids to not have to transition a hook but 8 and up is important to understand the C hook and transition pieces are like a puzzle to figure out for the little people... Our family had an amazing experience! The obstacle course was challenging, but fun and everyone from a 7 yo to a 68 yo was able to make it through successfully. Frankie, our lead instructor, was incredibly patient, funny, and kind. He kept the kids laughing and made sure all of us stayed safe. He also provided very helpful tips on how to get through some of the obstacles.
