High line smothered burrito - fabulous! Everything is homemade here! 1/2 size just as perfect, only smaller.

This is a fabulous restaurant. All their food is handmade on site, and it was a place I'd like to drive to just for the food, not as we're passing through town to go elsewhere. Their green chili on our burritos had a little bit of heat to it but not so much that it overpowered the fabulous flavor. They also had a mini-burrito, more to my hunger legal, and it was identical to hubby's. Guacamole was fresh and outstanding. They have a variety of other foods, hamburgers included, and some vegetarian options. They are connected inside with a bar. The place is not real eye-catching from the outside, but go in! You won't regret it!!!

Cheeseburger and salad - good stuff!

I stopped in on the way back to Jefferson from Eleven Mile. Good food with quick and friendly service. They were catering to us travelers as well as a lot of locals. They've got a pretty broad menu - everything from home cooked Mexican food to traditional bar fare. I went with the cheeseburger and side salad - both were good. Highly recommend stopping in after your hike!

Great little cafe & saloon! Rustic western decor, down-home food options, coupled w your basic western-style full bar. (Western-style means plenty of basic whiskeys & bourbons, but no fancy mixins!) Order at any table, and pay the friendly waittress when you finish. Cafe staff can bring bar drinks to your table, or you can drink in the saloon-room (connected to dining room). My BLT was full of bacon & full of flavor; I would gladly eat it again. My wife's Chicken Sammy was good, and our greasy skin-on fries tasted great! Thumbs up on this greasy spoon!

Felt like home. The restaurant is cozy and the burritos were the best I've had in a while. The staff was incredible and hilarious.

The bread here alone is super impressive, we ate a whole pretzel loaf as an appetizer and i don't regret it. The Mojo Pork Benedict was absolutely delicious! The pork was so tender and flavorful and the eggs were cooked perfectly. My sister's cinammon roll French toast was the best dessert breakfast! Overall this place is really impressive and is churning out delicious food in such a tiny space!

I didn't even get to take a photo of the pretzel because I completely annihilated it. It was phenomenal. I came to my senses enough go photograph the sandwich, it was also amazingly good. I passed the loaf around to everyone at my table and we all really liked it. I also got a cute little mason jar for my drink which is so cool. The eatery is inside a little shop so the vibe is very granola in the best way. It smells incredible inside. The staff is also so incredibly nice and gave me several recommendations and made it all seem like incredible options. The price point is high, but i'm learning that's just Colorado in general. I had no issue spending my money here.

There is almost always a line snaking through the shop to place your order, but the staff is genuinely hustling hard to move people along. Once you get through the queue, you grab your drink and wait for them to call your name from the kitchen. It is a familiar routine for a reliable morning fuel up. Truth be told, this particular visit turned into a bit of a comedy of errors. I ordered a Cool River Burrito with chorizo, but the kitchen lost the ticket entirely. When they finally sorted that out, they failed to pack it to go as requested, so it ended up being a bit of a messy situation overall. To add to the frustration, the outdoor tables were pretty neglected. None of them had been wiped down or cleared, and unfortunately they were the only spots available to sit. Honestly, the food itself usually redeems the bumps in the road. When the burrito did show up, it was tasty and plenty big enough to satisfy a massive appetite, packed full of hearty ingredients and that chorizo punch. The interior space is definitely on the cramped side, but it manages to feel cute and features a nice modern vibe. Despite the logistical hiccups, the crew working the counter is incredibly kind and busting their humps to keep up with the rush. It remains a great, dependable spot to grab breakfast and a solid coffee drink when you are in town.

Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but they use premium-quality ingredients that really set them apart. The bread on their sandwiches is fantastic, and they've recently started using beef tallow for their French fries, chicken sandwiches, and wings which takes the flavor to another level. They also offer gluten-free options, making it a great choice for everyone. It's a smaller establishment, so be patient if there's a wait it's 100% worth it. The customer service is beyond what I've experienced at some high-end restaurants. While waiting for my food, I got to witness the teamwork and communication between the kitchen staff and front counter crew. These guys were hustling, working efficiently, and clearly taking pride in what they do. It was genuinely impressive to watch. Whether you're stopping in with friends and family or grabbing a meal solo, the atmosphere is welcoming, the music is great, and the overall vibe is positive and upbeat. Do yourself a favor and stop by, you can thank me later! And whatever you do, don't leave without trying one of their homemade ice cream sandwiches!

And the staff was very friendly I ordered the South Carolina BBQ sandwich, and we split an enormous basket of sweet potato fries. We liked that there was frosting to dip them in. My sandwich was good and generous; I only ate half, which meant that I got to enjoy the other half at another time. At first, we were not very impressed with the fries, but we managed to eat them all, so I guess they actually were good!
