I did not realize the two Eddyline locations have different menus, so it was a fun surprise to see calzones here--my husband and I are big D.P. Dough fans from Fort Collins, so that was right up our alley. They also have a great kids' menu, which seems to have expanded since our last visit. Arrived in Buena Vista, CO with my BF for an overnight guys White Water Rafting trip and chose this place for dinner. We had the smoked wings, wow they were great, plump and juicy. He had the Jerk chicken sub with coleslaw, all he said was this is explicative great. I had the pizza which was also good, peppers were undercooked though. Great service and the cool concept of a large block with red and green to tell the servers that you want something. What a great idea. The tots were amazing. Great barbecue sauce I don't even like ketchup and I'm pretty sure it was homemade because it was pretty good. In fact, I pretty sure that everything was homemade. I got the mushroom and Swiss patty melt. And well, that was average. My wife had a salad with chicken and she said it was really good. Probably the only thing that wasn't homemade was the croutons. We stopped in for a few beers on a much needed break from a long road trip. There was a line outside as it was taking them awhile to get people seated. We eventually got a table outside, tried a few beers, the Amber and black lager, and then decided on the black. They do come quick when you raise the little metal stand, indicating you need service. We are picky about fries, but these were real fresh cut potatoes and some of the best we've had in a long time. He had the crank yanker ipa and I had the grapefruit ipa, and we loved both. We ate at Eddyline Brewery in Buena Vista in mid-August. This restaurant is close to the Arkansas River so it was nice to walk over after dinner. There is a nice patio alongside the restaurant, which we decided to sit for dinner. There were trees shading majority of patio. However, halfway through dinner, it started pouring rain, so we asked to move to a table that was up against the wall as those tables had a roof hanging over and protecting those tables from the rain. That worked well! So, the food. Amazing! Delicious! such good selection. We ordered a mussel appetizer which came with a good amount of bread to sop up the broth. I ordered the Chilean sea bass, broccolini, and mashers which was so tasty! My partner ordered the steak, shrimp and mashers, which were also delicious. Last, we ordered the baked cookie with ice cream. Best way to end the meal. I absolutely loved this menu and all of the food came out fantastically prepared. Service was great. Today I visited at lunch in the middle of January with my dog, and they made wonderful accommodations for us, including turning on the heater in their patio area, bringing my dog his own water bowl, and making changes to my entree based on my dietary restrictions. They were super busy and we got sat immediately in a really nice spot outdoors. It was fun to dogwatch on the patio and I really liked that we were able to control how often our server came to our table with the coaster stick. The impossible cheese burger was satisfying, and the Mt Yale calzone had fresh ingredients and yummy sauce. Eddyline brewery is one of my favorite places to eat, drink and be merry in the whole state of Colorado. I've come here after many 14ers and I've had nothing short of a 5 star experience every time. I love all of the beautiful local art and murals that decorated the walls and the beautiful natural light. The building itself is gorgeous and there are indoor and outdoor seating options. I always get the southwest veggie burger. The chipotle mayo sets it apart from your typical burger because it adds a spicy kick. The patty and bun are always perfectly tender. The sweet potato fries are tantalizing; never floppy, nor too crisp. I had a side salad last time and loved how big and fresh it was! The balsamic dressing was savory and flavorful. The beer is nothing short of perfection. They offer a wide selection although the raspberry wheat and amber are some of my favorites! You can order using a QR code and signal that you're ready to order by setting a sign upright on the table, which makes ordering so efficient. This is the best place to dine in BV! read more

Beers were great, service was superb, and the pizza was so unique! I forgot what it was called but we got a white sauce pizza with chicken, onions, tomatoes, gorgonzola, rosemary, and lavender! The lavender added a very interesting taste to the pizza and I've never had anything like it! I had the smokehouse burger and my son tried the mountain man burger. The smokehouse came with cheddar, bacon and smoked pork and bbq sauce. I had them add carmelized onions. This was an incredible burger. My sons was a blend of everything you could kill in the wild, elk, boar, buffalo, antelope etc. What i tried tasked very good but not like hamburger. It was not gamey, The beer situation was dissapointing. I like darker beers that arent chock full of preservative( hops), bad (sours), or flavourings. Stopped by for our first real meal after camping all over CO. We craving pizza and this place definitely met our expectations. Fun atmosphere, on the Wednesday we went, they had a local sports radio broadcasting live! So we all wanted all about the local high school soccer team. After hiking Mount Elbert, we stopped here for some well-deserved food and beer! They have a vast drink menu it was hard to pick just one! I ended up with the mango guava sour because I am a fan of fruity sours, it was perfect! Very light and just the right amount of sour! For food, I chose the pulled pork sandwich with Mac n cheese, and the BBQ sauce they used was sweet and tangy, and the pork was cooked perfectly! The Mac n cheese was not as cheesy as I would like, but it's still good! The service we got was amazing, I like how they have you order drinks before you even sit down, that way you are not waiting to order drinks and can order food quickly. A very small taproom in the beautiful riverside town of Buena Vista! The food here was top-notch and most of the sauces/dressings were house-made. I ordered the bbq and Buffalo wings which were SO crispy but the meat was super tender. The wings aren't massive, but they sure were tasty. I was told they fry them and then put them into a cast iron and toss them in the stone-fire pizza oven to really get that crisp. I also ordered one of their new IPAs which was also delicious. We stopped in an hour before closing on a Saturday and were promptly greeted and sat by the hostess who did a great job of explaining the system and the drink menu/specials. I am unable to rate the food or drink because after 10 minutes of being sat, no one else greeted us. There was a point where one of the servers saw more people at the door waiting to be sat and she sighed and rolled her eyes. After seeing many others being sat and not greeted, we decided to leave. We had the nachos first and honestly really great, no complaints. Then the fish and chips (fries) for dinner which was also just as delicious. The breading was a little thick for me but that's just a personal preference I think. I got a mixed drink, so I can't comment on the beer, but it was strong and I liked it! Later we ordered from the Ala Cart, 2 Grandma's Mac, truffle fries and Steak skewers from the menu. The steak skewers were warm at best and the fires were cold, so we sent the back and asked for hot fries. The second order of fires were kind of warm but not seasoned.
